Dr Chin and staff are truly the best. Diagnosed my cat with diabetes and educated me. Unfortunatly we had to move and I have been on the search for a comparable vet for close to a year now. He spoiled me b/c noone around here where we live now can measure up. His staff was incredibly friendly each and every time. Dr Chin was kind and caring, took special time at the end of the day to talk to me and teach me. The office cleanliness is like no other Vet I have ever been to. No smell, no hair on the floor. Amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

When I was in grade school, my family always took our dogs to the old Cheshire Vet to see Dr. Chin. Now an adult with my own dog, I was happy to find out he had his own practice. This is my dogs regular vet, and overall, Im happy with him. The office is brand new and thus very very clean. The last time I was there, there was absolutely no animal smell in the reception area or the exam rooms, which was wonderful. I hope I continue to have overall pleasant experiences at Sandbank Vet.

At first we only wanted Dr. Chin but everyone at this clinic has been kind and they have shown extremely warm bedside manner to our loved ones. It has been so easy to continue our relationship with the staff because they have made us feel like family.
