Ill be brief and to the point, I would say this is one of the most overpriced Vet clinics in all of New England. After being shocked at our first bill and the outrageous charges for offices visits and services. Not only the prices are terrible, but so were the medical staff, the doctor we were paired with was shutoff and cold to patients. Additionally we had strong indications that the doctor had passed immediate judgements based on breed and showed a sever lack of ability and knowledge when compared to other clinics in the area. Small waiting room, with nowhere to really take the animals. Simply put, I wont return here, nor will my pets. Additionally I would urge you to consider your other options as just about anywhere else would be far superior to this facility. The best thing from our experience would have to be the rest of the staff. Unlike the doctor we met, everyone else in the clinic and behind the counters were extremely friendly and helpful. So in the end at least there is that, and the only reason it could be considered "fair" service. Most sincerely B.Bailey

The initial vet visit was fifty dollars... plus heartworm... plus meds. Fine, thats not the issue. The vet was ok, no major complaints other than her being a little rough cleaning our dogs ears... here is the problem. The vet wanted to just check her ears two weeks later. Its two weeks, and they want to charge us an additional forty two dollars!! No way. Find somewhere else to go, and save the forty dollars for a nice dinner for two. Nothing awesome about this place.

All the staff at Star Meadow are the kindest and most caring of any vets I have every used. From Dr. Battison who is so knowledgable and understanding to the tech who looked out the blanket for Duncan to the secretary who provided much needed consolation over my loss. Duncan and I could not have been in better hands. I highly recommend this wonderful team!! Thank you all!

My experience of Star Meadow is far better than what I have read in the 2 posted reviews. The doctors and staff are gentle and caring. We have had nothing but good experiences with our dogs and cats. We also kennel our dog there and it amazes me that she gets so excited when she sees where we are. She loves going! I am so thankful that we found this clinic.

I love this place. They are sweet and really care about the animals. They also just did a big renovation which is beautiful. However its very very expensive.
