Dr. Zilahys chiropractic and wellness practice is an excellent place to have every aspect of your body adjusted, examined, and rectified. I have been going there for a couple years now for chiropractic adjustments and have always been amazed at the amount of knowledge he possesses about human anatomy. I am an active soccer player (Im 37 and play in the SASL) and from time to time I have had injuries that Dr. Zilahy has helped to alleviate, pain wise, with varying techniques. Recently, I was diagnosed with a torn meniscus and patella tendonitis. On a pain scale, it was around 8 or 9. Dr. Zilahy offered cold laser therapy along with a supplement to help alleviate the pain. Within a few treatments, the pain went from 9 to 3. It has been amazing. I am recommending Dr. Zilahys practice for anyone looking for an alternative to the norm when it comes to taking care of oneself from the inside and out.

I was in a car accident in November of 2012. I was given pain medications by the hospital and my primary doctor and nothing helped. I was then sent to physical therapy, and though that helped for a hour or two after treatment, nothing compares to my experience at Dr. Zilahys office. Not even a week of treatment and Im feeling so much better since my accident. Im finally able to perform my best at work because Im not constantly in pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Zilahy. He is an excellent chiropractor. I am very grateful to have found such an amazing chiropractor just by searching "chiropractors near Waterbury, Ct" on Google.

I have been having trouble with my trigger finger since July 2012. I finally went to see a hand specialist and over the course of several months, he treated me with shots. After that did not work he recommended surgery for June 2013. At the recommendation of a friend, I started getting treated by Dr. Zilahy starting May 2013. Dr. Zilahy has been seeing me several times a week giving me adjustments, stretching and laser to my trigger finger. Its working and I am pain free! I have canceled my surgery. I am so happy with the results and I would recommend anyone who is thinking about surgery to see Dr. Zilahy first!
