Dr. Ladenheim has seen me for numerous issues over the years. It is true that she is pragmatic and more logical in her care than emotional, she always puts the needs of the patient above ease of service which is more than I can say for many other doctors I have seen who do what is simpler, rather than what is best. Logical doctors who give solutions are more valuable than empathetic doctors whose actions prove to be apathetic. She tells it to you straight, what the diagnosis is, the types of treatment, and the pros and cons of the treatments. I have received wonderful care from her and this practice in general.

Its too bad that this one dr can tarnish an otherwise superb pediatric group. I hope you dont get stuck with her on weekend call, as she doesnt return calls or consider writing an urgent scrip for our child, who has been going there his entire life. As far as we are concerned, she would be doing her group and the community a favor by retiring, since the terms " compassion" and "patient care" doesnt seem to be part of her job.
