The doctors Dr. Thomas and Dr. Lau are constantly rushing through appointments, as a new mom I had questions and both doctors during our 6 month experience had only allowed up to 10 minutes of exam, shots and a brief explanation of what next appointment would be for. When our baby had a cold we brought her in and were told by Dr. Lau without even looking in her ears or anything, she was fine its just a cold and let it run its course. This reason would be acceptable if he would of looked in her darn ears and did an actual exam. Now for the office staff and nurses.....HORRIBLE, unfriendly, never smile with the exception of one nurse, they were the most miserable group of women I have ever dealt with. The receptionist never once had said "Good morning" or "Hello" a simple wave would have been nice. The nurse/medical asst. that sits in reception 99% of the time with the reddish pixie man haircut and stands no taller then a 12 year old was a horrible woman, any questions came with an attitude and no answer, constantly slammed the doors and even gave me the response when I inquired about my daughters weight she stated "Yea, you this line this is her and this is regular babies" I almost decked her one this was the last visit we had Now this is not a "busy" clinic, its a run down building across from a Psychic that does crystal ball readings...need I say more. Do your newborns and all children for that matter a big favor GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Very surprised to read the other review. NEVER EVER!, Ever saw anyone nasty in this office. My son adores Dr. Lau, hes been seeing him since he Dr. Lau got there. We had been going here for over 16 years, my son doesnt want to see another doctor, he wants to stay forever. Before he was seen by Dr.Thomas and Im sorry I dont remember the older doctors name. But they were always listening to my worries and examined my son at every visit. Yes, sometimes the ladies in the office didnt smile, but they always gave me the utmost courtesy and if I need something over the phone they always complied.

the best. Dr. Thomas and his staff are always kind, Curtis and willing to take extra time to help answer questions. Dr. Thomas is thorough in explanations and always gives detailed explanations. the nurse is always smiling and professional!! dr. Thomas has even taken personal time to visit some of my children in the hospital! !! I lovlov

Dr Thomas is the best . Very thorough, takes his time . Everyone in the office is always kind ans curious. Been going there for 4 yrs and never had a bad experience. Never was rushed. Never. Dont know what the other person was talking about. Some are just very critical. Do

Do not see this doctor. The staff are incompetent, cruel, and unprofessional. This man not only lacks the knowledge that is required of a pediatric specialist, he lacks compassion. Do not take your child here, they will not be given the quality of care they deserve.
