I have no review on the Doctor, but I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient in regards to blurriness I was having from the recent eclipse. The receptionist was the rudest person Ive ever spoke to in my life. Immediately she started talking with great disrespect and not a drop of professionalism. She said I was going to need surgery and my problem would be permanent. Those were her exact words. When did the receptionist become the doctor. She definitely should not be communicating with customers at all. We all have bad days, Im hoping this is the case, because I wish the best. Im giving 3 stars instead of 1 because I feel that the doctor shouldnt be badly reviewed because of his receptionist. Sincerely

Dr. Rosenfeld is a thorough and competant O.D He has state of the art diagnostic equipment and he shares the images with patient. The store is spotless and was recently renovated providing hundreds of frame choices to try on. He handles many designer brands. I have been a patient here over 15 years and only glowing results.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Rosenfeld for over 6 years and are extremely pleased with him and his staff. He is very efficient and friendly and goes out of his way to provide great service. Also, he provides free six month check ups to ensure you are doing ok. I highly reccommend him!

Dr. there is distant and aloof, like he burned out 20 years ago. On remote control and seems put out by his patients. Staff is good, though, the guy that fits glasses will try and smooze you into lining his pocket through upselling.
