The Store that I went to was very busy, It didnt seem like the normal Eye care place I had ever been to. I called and made an appointment and they had one for after 1 PM. I arrived early due to not knowing where the place was located at inside the Mall. It took awhile for me to find it. But when I did, I was still early. I walked into the place where there were 6 Representatives sitting behind their desks, 3 on each side of the double doors. They were very busy as I have stated. There were a row of chairs up 4 steps of stairs, where each chair was taken, there was 2 benches one on each side of the double doors, each taken with customers. It was not that big of a place, they were packed with people with only 1 Eye Doctor. When I walked in and stood there waiting till it was my turn to talk with one of the reps, Then it was my turn. I did tell the girl that I was very early since I had no idea where they were I arrived early to find them. The girl said no problem. I looked around and thought I may have to just go out to the mall for awhile till my appointed time. But she said, no that wont be a problem, we will take you early. So I took her word for it. So i saw a seat up those stairs so I went for it. Sat there till the Woman eye doctor came out and pulled the next file She said my name so I said yes, though she started reading my file and noticed I was very early. She said, you will have to come back. I said, The Young woman down there said it would be OK for me to be seen earlier than my appointed time. The Doctor still insisted I leave and come back at the appointed time. OK, so here is where I got huffy. Yes I did. When that young woman said it would be OK,, I think she should have conferred with the Doctor before saying it would be OK for me to be there early. But that left a very Awkward taste in the doctors and my mouth. I threatened to leave and never come back. She agreed to take me. So now you have 2 Woman who have had unworthy words to each other and one is going to be testing your eyes. I can say that my new glasses are not any good. I still feel the same way as I did when walking into this place. the customer service is fair but could be better in situations like this.

I was already skeptical about this place and I got my confirmation once I arrive 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Starting with the big tall girl, who abruptly asked "how can I help you" down to the lady who incorrectly pronounced my last name as she yelled "JOLLY" very loud and full of attitude. When I corrected her she completely ignored me. Smh. & When I questioned her about pricing/payment information she was completely disconnected. It was clear to me that my business was not important. I felt totally unwelcomed. Its a convient location for me but Ill drive the extra miles for a peace of mind. Trying Americas best. Ive already schedlued an appointment. ☺

Very poor customer service. It took 1 month to get contact lenses and every time l enquire got a different answer from different member of the staff. The doctor on my first visit was rushing though it because she was leaving to pickup her daughter from school, well I have call that morning and got and appointment, if they didnt have time to see patients why make app. I also felt she was discriminating, because although l was speaking to her in English she insisted on getting a translator for me. Really? Just because what? The worth. Never will deal with store again! !!!

- 5 stars. When I made my appointment I was told by Optical Outlets they acceppted Davis Vision Insurance and they took my insurance info. After the eye exam I was told by Optical Outlets they checked and I didnt have insurance and my number wasnt valid with Davis Vision but I could get the special which was probably better than my insurance.. My wife contacted Davis Vision and we learned Optical Outlets is not an authorized provider. So I had to pay the full amount for the eye exam. Theyre either grossly incompetent or into eye exam scams.

Great customer service! My family and I have gotten glasses from there for about 4 years now. Its such a good experience every time we go. The girls there are knowledgeable and super friendly and Doctor Birnbaum is lovely! P.S. they also take care credit!!!

Amazing service! Chrissy took her time in helping me with frames that fit and worked with me to find them at the best cost. Also, it is refreshing to see staff truly enjoy their jobs. They made me laugh and they were genuine. Great place!

Worst customer service ever. I had an eye emergency and I wasnt even able to get help do to the fact that my prescription expired not that long ago. The lady on the phone basically told me "Cant help, bye."
