Dr Rophie has been checking & monitoring my eyes for about 3-years, usually twice-a-year. I feel that the professionalism of Dr Rolphie is outstanding and I have complete confidence in his ability to provided me excellent eye care. Dr Rolphie is very easy to communicate with and he always takes the time to thoroughly explain what is happening in the examination process and the condition of your eyes. All eye-glasses that I had had prepared using his prescriptions have always been "dead-on". His staff has always provided me high class service and are very patient and understanding.

A friend recommended that my husband, and I use Dr. Rophie for our eye care needs. He has been very caring, and patient with both of us, and found a problem with my husbands eye that our previous eye doctor didnt. He recommended a surgeon, and the problem was fixed. Pam, the receptionist has been very helpful with our billing, and in making appointments for us. She has also gotten me in on a moments notice when I woke up with a problem with my eye. She is always pleasant, and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Rophie to my friends.

My mother has gone to this doctor several times over the last few years and every time she gets needled for extra charges. He is uncaring, inattentive and frankly, doesnt do anything unless hes going to bill out for it. The two girls that work with him are cold, uncaring robots. They all put on such a friendly face, but if something isnt exactly how they want it, they refuse to bend and make a customer happy. I have had wonderful experiences with other local doctors and this office is the worst!! Dont be fooled!!

Dr. Rophie is one of the most knowledgeable optometrists I have gone to. He is kind and caring and spends time with you and makes sure you understand your condition. His staff is also very knowledgeable. Pam at the front desk is an insurance guru and was very helpful working with my insurance. They have a good selection of frames and their current optician spent a lot of time with me to make sure I had the perfect glasses. I have sent several of my friends to Dr. Rophie and they are all pleased.

Amazing Dr and staff. I have been going to Dr Rophie the last 4 years. I have since moved to Tampa and now drive 45 mins to see them. Its worth the Drive! One time I had to pick up my contacts before the holiday weekend and was not able to due to my work hours. So Dr. Rophie took the time to drive to my pffice for delivery. He knew I had needed those contacts and he went above and beyond. My fave when he walked in was priceless. One of a kind service!

Dr Rophie is a wonderful. He listens and reacts to your specific concerns. He also takes his time and makes sure you get what you need. For me that was not only glasses but glaucoma. I trust him and the treatment recommended. I am very satisfied and recommend Pam his office manager who is most helpful, knowledgeable and caring.
