If you are lucky enough to deal with Dr Poullin directly you are fine, unfortunately you have to get through the very sweet but COMPLETELY incompetent front desk staff first. I joined this practice when Dr. Ely was there and explained what I was looking for in a vet. Loved him. He left and I was never notified of his departure. My dogs "dermitiis" was removed from her leg to the tune of $900 as it turned out completely unnecessary I later took her in for a broken dew claw and the interim vet clipped it without any medication, blood spurted everywhere and my dog screamed in pain. then I was charged $157 for antibiotics and medications for her error.... They are completely inflexible with requiring routine testing before dispensing heart worm, flea meds, etc. They need to change the name of "village" veterinary!! When asked to speak with a vet I was told by Rachel she didnt know if a vet would call me back she would speak to her office manager. Imagine. Take my money but dont extend the courtesy of a phone call? Dont walk away from this practice RUN

I just moved to the Jupiter/Tequesta area and am extremely happy to have found Village Veterinary. The staff is professional and courteous... and, even though I do not have a "standing history" with them, they accommodate my Yorkies "emergencies"... Dr. Pullon is kind and caring, handling both myself and my 16 year old puppy with care and compassion. After this last visit, when I opened the medication bottle, I found they halved ALL the pills. What a wonderful surprise! I would and do happily recommend Village Veterinary.

8lb bag of dog food was out of stock on shelf requiring special order being placed, paid for and then not delivered on delivery day a week later. I had to follow up with them (rather than the other way around) just to find out it didnt come in and it will be another week (next Tuesday, AFTER the holidays). Had I known this earlier I could have looked elsewhere to get my pet his food. Disappointed in customer service.

I have been seeing Dr. Pullon for many years. He and his staff are very professional. The only gripe I have is that he is not available on Saturdays. He does have other doctors there on Saturdays, but I only see him. He truly understands my dog and is very personable and caring towards me. I would reccomend his office to anyone, but I would only see him as he is the only one I truly trust with my dogs health.
