This Clinic has misdiagnosed my parents dog for the lasts four years. They (my parents) were very loyal to this clinic but finally listened and got two other opinions. During this time Vet Techs came and went numerous times at the clinic, probably leading to other misdiagnoses with animals. After rushing the dog into the Emergency Clinic in Leesburg,, the dog now has a 50/50 chance of survival. Wrong medicines, misdiagnosed, over medicated, etc., to only touch the surface of everything going wrong in that clinic. The Vet Techs may show caring and enthusiasm for your animal but as far as the Vets themselves, a BIG NOTTA !!! Please look elsewhere for good quality care for your animal. Leesburg offers many other places to go.

So happy with the prompt service that I received. My dog had been off her food for the third day and was clearly feeling very sore and unwell, I rang to see how quickly I could get her seen. Sue (the receptionist) told me to bring her straight down. My dog was seen by Dr Clark, who immediately determined that the problem was an abscess on her rear. He treated her quickly and very kindly. She was sedated, and her abscess lanced and cleaned thoroughly. My dog unfortunately has had many health issues in the 10 years that weve had her and Im happy knowing that Northgate animal clinic is there for us. Thank you to Dr Clark and his wonderful team, its so reassuring to know that youre there when my little dog and cat are unwell.

The deception clinic! I was so happy at my first visit! They were nice to me and my animals (reseptionists were rude). Second visit they were down right snippy, rude to me and my husband and seemed to not care about our animals. Third time we take our dog there on a Monday needing emergency surgery (he was taken to a animal hospital Sunday night) they didnt care at all and said they were too busy and even if they werent they "dont do surgeries on mondays". What the heck kind of answer is that?! My dog was dying!!! Needless to say, my animals lives wont be in their hands anymore and I hope they dont pull the blind over you as well.
