I absolutely wholeheartedly wish I could give the emergency 0 stars. My experience here was the worst I have ever received and I havent been in many emergency rooms. Every experience is either a blessing or a lesson. This was truly a lesson for me. I learned to never come back here if I am looking for professional care. My mother came into the facility and sat while I went to talk to the receptionist. I told her that my mother is suffering from numbness of the left side of her face and neck. A very complex headache that only affects one side. I also told her that my mother is suffering from frequent memory loss. The receptionist bluntly disregarded everything I told her and called my mother up. My mother told her that she never "remembered" having these symptoms. The lady looked me in my face telling my mother that she should not let her kids talk for her. How truly disrespectful of her. She said that kids never know what their saying. Dont ever in your life contest with someones intelligence. I felt discriminated against because of my age. I may Be young however I go to a vocational high school. I will graduate high school with an LPN. I took both health science 1 and 2. I may not yet have my certification but how dare you tell me I do not know what I am saying. If she wouldve let my talk I wouldve told that my mother has a history with aneurysm. Hypothetically what if my mother was in the same position but have drunken poison before we got there. I would told her my mother drunk poison, my mother wouldve said she doesnt remember drinking poison. The receptionist would let the poison take over my mothers blood and she wouldve died. Which brings me to my next case. I truly appreciate the triage system. However you all have to recognize that we live in a metropolitan city. More high-risk patients will continually stroll in here while the low-risk patients are dying of their symptoms. We got there at approximately 4:50 pm, it is 10:00 oclock pm. We couldve flew to New York City. Drove to a hospital and got better service that this and finish before you guys would ever call us. Please dont let a young face fool you. Young does not equate to dumb. Dont ever make that mistake again. I will never forget this experience ever. I hope yall do better because this is just sad. Let something serious such as cerebrovascular accident were to happen to my mother. I wouldve shown my true colors and then yall would have experienced my intellect. I am truly traumatized. We are leaving and I pray nothing happens to my mother or I will let the whole world know about this experience and I am never, and I do mean NEVER in the rest of the life come to this unprofessional facility. Please have the person who hires your employees resign because they OBVIOUSLY hire off of requirement and not on actual merit. I rarely ever write reviews on a specific company but for this company I made the exception to make time. To make long story short, I had two immediate family died at this specific location in the specific department. You might ask why or what did they die from? The staff had lack of knowledge, did trial and error and failure to listen to the patient. I honestly dont know which school these staff graduated from but its ashamed management doesnt try to make things better. Oh I swear this hospital is here to milk your pockets and milk the insurance company. I could care less with the insurance company but they have no genuine care for people. They treat you like crap in other words. So next is my mother had an accident in which we decided to try it again to see maybe this hospital got better within time. BOYYY WAS I WRONG! They actually went from bad to worst. The nurse was so rude and very unprofessional Mr. Nunez (Spanish guy sorta short and mid 30s or early 40s, in the urgent care side). Keep in mind he does not even know how to use proper medical terminologies. I actually had to correct him and fill in his missing words (what a joke right?) Let me continue with this please, so we had another staff member come in to take her blood in which he had no clue what he was doing! Mind you this, her foot got ran over by a car wheel. Why do they need 7 tubes of blood, why do they need an MRI of her brain, why do they need a CT scan of her upper chest? Believe it not they did everything they can to make us sign papers that we were doing something wrong for not taking there method of care. I will skip the other parts just because I have things to do, but they did not even do a DAM XRAY ON HER FOOT, where the issue was. They end up doing an xray on her Pelvic area. I absolutely hate this hospital not because you took two immediate family away from me. But because this hospital fail to realize that people actually think there doing good. ONE LAST THING I WOULD LIKE TO LEAVE WITH EVERYONE WHO READS THIS!!!! They say “our goal is to get you out asap and have you continue your daily activity, and there not here to just bill your insurance and prolong your health. PEOPLE FOR CRYING OUT LOUD IF THAT WAS THERE GOAL HOW THE HELL WOULD THEY GET HOURS TO WORK WITHOUT OUR MONEY? THEY NEED US BEING IN THERE TO CONTINUE TO MAKE MONEY AND BUSINESS. THIS HOSPITAL IS NOT A PLACE I WOULD EVEN RECOMMEND TO MY ENEMY! I hope I didn’t scare you away but just do your research and stay away from here! Have a nice day everyone. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! We Were In The OBGYN Section At JackSon South Community Hospital Waiting For THREE Hours. My Appointment Was At 9:00 A.m. I Was Called In The Examination Room Around 10:15 A.m. We Where In There For Almost About Two Hours. They Said My Doctor Named Dr. Taalibah Ahmed Was In A Emergency Surgery. We Were Waiting For Almost 30 Minutes. And Then She Comes In The Office Talking About The Patient She Was Dealing With. Dr. Taalibah Ahmed Comes In Loudly Conversating With Dr. Walker About What Had Just Took Place With That Patient. Dr. Taalibah Ahmed Was Saying The Patient Was 37 Weeks Pregnant And She Was In A Car Accident And The Patient Said She Was Having Severe HeadAches And Asked If They Can Take Her A CAT Scan. And Dr. Taalibah Ahmed Said You Are Fine So The Patient Asked If She Can Get A Bed On The Maturnity Ward And Dr. Taalibah Ahmed Said There Were No Beds Available And She Said She Had Sent The Patient DownStairs And Asked One Of The Nurses To Keep An Eye On Her And Dr. Taalibah Ahmed Said They Were Beds Available But Dr. Taalibah Ahmed Said That She Doesnt Like People Who Thinks They Know It All And Thats Why She Didnt Give Her A Bed. Then She Got On The Phone With Another Doctor Explaining EveryThing Over Then She Sucks Her Teeth And Slams The Phone. Then She Gets A Call From A Patient Who Has A Appointment With Dr. Taalibah Ahmed The Patient On The Phone Saying She Was Running A Little Late And Was Going To Be There 10-15 Minutes Late And Dr. Taalibah Told The Nurse To Tell The Paitent On The Phone That If She Comes She Is Not Going To Be Seen And She Said It Rudely . She Then Tries To Do Something On Her LapTop But It Froze And She Ends Up Slamming It. I Guess She Finally Noticed Us In Her Waiting Room And She Tells Her Assistant To Close The Door. Unt-Unt I Wasnt Going To Have Her As My Doctor Because She Didnt Even Acknowledge Us. So I Just Asked For My Doctor To Be Changed To Dr. Walker And Not Knowing That She Was Going To Come In Talking Sarcastically Saying That She Will Try Not To Be UnProfessional Because Of The Comment I Had Made Earlier Towards Dr. Taalibah Ahmed. And My God Daughter Was Trying To Make A Complaint But The Staffs In Charge Over That Department Were Not Available. Meetings What A Coincidence. I Recommend That AnyOne Who Needs To See An OBGYN Not To Come Here If They Want Thier Information To Be Confidential.
