BEWARE!! CUIDADO. Molina is the worst Health Insurance company. They take over a month(about 45 days) to get an approval for most of the test Like CT scan MRIs, Endoscopy, etc. and is not even approved after that if you dont have many Molina requirements created by them to avoid this approvals. Molina es una de las peores compañías de Health Insurance. Ellos tienen una política engañosa para todos sus clientes, ya que toma alrededor de 45 días para recibir/obtener una aprobación de un simple CT Scan. MRI, Endoscopia o muchos otros Test básicos. Lo peor es que casi nunca son aprobados ya que después de los 45 días Molina pide otros requerimientos inventados por ellos para evitar que esto sea aprobado.

The absolute worst when it comes to insurance, their web site is completely outdated, when you check for specialty doctors there are 5 doctors, I called 4 of them and none of the 4 I called take Molina insurance anymore. So I called in to Molina health to inform them that no doctors on their site take Molina, and they tell me, Im sorry sir our site is outdated at the moment. (WTF), how are we supposed to get help and find our own doctors? We have to call every time to get a list of doctors, one rep told me supposedly they have an internal list of doctors that they have and havent yet updated them to their site, the rep I spoke to knew this and she provided some names, but the issue is not every rep is even aware of this list doctors. So when people call in and ask for providers they end up sending you the list of doctors off of their OUTDATED site. So every time you call, you have to argue with them and explain to them every time that their site is outdated and that they have an internal list of doctors, but of course not every rep is even aware of this. This is an absolute nightmare. Stay very away from this headache, if you have any conditions especially mental, this company may just make you feel hopeless.

This company is the worst , it is an abuse what they do with customers, they charge a bill that is not the one promised by the marketplace, they seem to not follow the application submitted through the marketplace and when a customer calls to see whats going on they say its going to be fixed but nothing gets fixed. Molina does not care for its clients they are a trash-bag. Their Customer Service is lousy they do not care. Im furious an tired of Molina its no good to anyone all they do is steal money from customers and we dont seem to have any option other than to stay and wait for the enrollment period to start and change company. Ustedes como compañia no sirven , es un abuso lo que hacen con los clientes , les cargan una factura que no es la prometida por el marketplace , se les llama y dicen que lo van a arreglar pero no arreglan nada . Son unas de las peores compañias que existen .Su servicio al cliente es pesimo no les importamos . Estoy furiosa con ustedes no sirven para nada lo que hacen es robar dinero a los clientes . Son una porqueria !!!

ON BEHALF OF HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE IN BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT HAVE PAID MOLINA THEIR JANUARY 2017 PREMIUM FOR THE MARKETPLACE COVERAGE - WE ARE OUTRAGED: An extremely large portion of South Floridians who use doctors out of the Holy Cross Medical Group/Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale (and surrounding cities) cannot see their doctors, NOR make appointments, despite the fact they signed up with Molina as of January 1st. The reason? Although Holy Cross IS contracted with Molina of Florida, Molina has yet to upload the doctors in their system. Thus, although hundreds of premiums have been paid, there is no access to healthcare by long-standing physicians. You have thousands upon thousands of paid premiums, yet those that are insured cannot receive healthcare within this group because of the negligence of Molina? Upon attempting to contact Molina of Florida dozens of times, there has been no success. This needs to be resolved ASAP. How will you be doing this?!

This insurance company is just awful. The plan that my ex husband picked for our son is essentially a medicaid plan, except its worse than medicaid because it offers less benefits than medicaid does. The cost of the plan, however, reflects marketplace pricing, making it the worst valued plan that exists on the face of the planet. Did I mention that this is the worst insurance company? There are no doctors and no benefits, the little benefits that do exist have to be pre-authorized and that cant happen because there is nobody to authorize anything. They have no customer service reps, or at least Ive never been able to speak with one, and Ive called many times. As a matter of fact, Ive been calling them for the past two weeks and each time Ive called, the hold time was over an hour. Nobody with a life has that kind of time. Ive opted to self pay for my sons medical needs.

DO NOT GET MOLINA INSURANCE GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! I would give them 0 stars if I could! This company is a joke, they are fraudulist and con artist. They have been taking my money for the last 6 months and I have not been covered according to the Marketplace! When I call they hang up on me and when I get the one helpful rep of 20 they give me completely false information. They say they have escaleted the matter and made notes to solve my account errors and the next rep tells me they have no information on anything and will open a case. What a mess, this is the worst health insurance company! Last year I had a similar issue and at this point I find them to have made a scheme of this. DO NOT GET MOLINA INSURANCE GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

I have the Silver 250 plan. I do not need a referral to see a specialist. My copay for a specialist is $55 and primary care is $20. Generic RX is $10 max. I am completely satisfied with the coverage I have and have had no issues with Molina paying their part. I can only give 3 stars as most of my first choice physicians do not take Molina. Publix pharmacy does not accept Molina but CVS does. I also had trouble trying to pay the monthly premium by phone. I got as far as entering the amount but the phone call disconnected at the 2nd zero. I tried twice. My specialist charges $1,375.00 per visit! My Molina copay is $55.00.

Worst insurance you could possibly get. Was given a list of providers and went down the list one by one to find out that NONE of them accepted Molina. Every list of specialty doctors they provide me with is not up to date and you will spend hours (maybe even days) simply trying to find a doctor. Worst of all they will try and steal money from you by saying they never received payments. They make it impossible to enroll in auto payments so that they can say they never received your payments and you have to go through a never ending process of sending proof that you did send the check. Horrible insurance.

I am very disappointed with Molina Healthcare. With the medical issues I have, I have contacted Molina and after talking to them they advised they would call me back with information and I never received the calls. When Costco did not renew their contract with Molina, Molina never advised me that I would need to find a new pharmacy. My husband and I will not be retaining Molina as our Health Insurance Company next year. There is definitely a communication issue with Molina. I will not give them any stars and will not recommend Molina to my family and friends.
