Dr. Bitran and Dr. Rivera might have a great reputation at Miami Beach, but the staff is horrible. They are absolutely rude and senseless towards others. Dr. Bitran obviously does not train his staff correctly, and I should sue them for giving the worse news "over the Phone", and with the nurse that could not explain correctly what she was reading. I went through hell the whole weekend. She is not supposed to give any bad results over the phone. I could have had an accident driving, since I was covered in tears. On top of it all, she was giving attitude while I was trying to find out what was going on. She gave me horrible recommendations. My first appointment there, "no one" checked my records correctly, from the nurse practitioner, till the RN that were asking for additional blood test that I had already done. Ive already asked for my record twice; and Im still waiting. Im not recommending this office at all.

Nurse practitioner Miriam was condescending about my age (25) and overstepped boundaries by advising my behavior as a future mother. Office staff were half and half friendly and rude and lazy. With a few exceptions. Unfortunately, Dr. Rivera is a good doctor but with a nurse like Miriam and office staff who genuinely dont want to provide assistance I would never recommend this doctor to anyone.
