Words can not express the great service, professionalism, compassion and dedication the Vet and his staff profess through their work at this place. We called for assistance and they made their best to accommodate us for an appointment the same day. The place is well located, clean and organized. The staff was very courteous and friendly. We didnt wait more than 8 minutes after we checked in and we were provided with all the documentation. I felt that their pricing for services were also very reasonable. They received our beloved pet of 11 years for the first time, gave us professional input of his state, the options we had, and the course of action they recommended. They guided us through the process and provided us with so much compassion and level of care that I will be forever thankful for all they did for my dog. My family and I are truly grateful. If you are in the area, look no further! :)

Excellent Care - Thanks Dr Beau! Dr. Beau Delaporte is absolutely the greatest! This is an excellent facility with very knowledgeable and thorough staff. Very little to no wait for your scheduled appointments and they have always been accommodating during the unforeseen need to get an appt. right away. They have treated our dogs like they were their own. All of the staff in the office are very dedicated and they make you feel welcome. I have had to put 2 dogs to sleep over the past 5 years, both being a very difficult decision for my husband and I. They did not rush us and allowed us to be with our dogs during the procedure, as well as let us stay in the exam room as long as we needed to finish our goodbyes. Later that week I received a card from the office, sending their condolences. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone.

We have been going to Dr. Beau for several years and our experience with him and his staff has been wonderful. Recently we lost our Oreo and Doc and Lauren and Kim and Cassey and the rest of the staff gave my O all the love and tenderness they could possibly give. When I got there they were there to greet me and they reached out to me and held me while my tears flowed. Their hearts were hurting for me and my O, I do not know how I would have gotton through this without them. They are very caring and compassionate in their roles and will do whatever it takes and within their power to help you and your pets. These people mean the world to us. So glad they are there and we found them years ago.

Our dogs Flag and Dixie enjoy the great staff at the Mount Dora Veterinary Hospital. Our pets have been treated at this hospital for years. The staff always greets them with a loving attitude and smiles. For Flag its like old home week. He loves everyone at the hospital. Dixie she is usually nervous & stand offish. She doesnt calm down until Dr. Beau starts his exam. I have the highest confidence and respect for the Doctor and his team. The Mount Dora Veterinary Hospital is a first class facility second to none. We now live in Daytona Beach and do not hesitate to drive to Mount Dora when necessary for Flag or Dixie to see Dr. Beau and his staff.

My friend had brought her dying cat there in hopes of just getting some pain meds to make her cat more comfortable before she passed. We can all imagine what a hard time that is for any pet owner. Most of us consider our pets as our children, so my friend asked multiple times if they could give her cat something to help alleviate the pain but all they kept saying was "We cant do anything to help her feel more comfortable, there is no point! You just have to put her down." Its disgusting that they would not give her any pain meds just to alleviate the pain some before she died of kidney failure. All they said they could do was put her down.

Beyond impressed with this veterinary hospital. Doctor & staff are fantastic & realistic. Saw my 150 pound bullmastiff, Porterhouse, today as an emergency visit. Right on time. Nurse came to meet us in the truck because, as it turns out, he was diagnosed with a snakebite to his paw & was having a hard time moving around. They made sure the treatment area was "ready" for him and took great care bringing him into the facility & under treatment. Even accounting for travel time, my husband was home in an hour; unheard of. So very lucky to have found this practice & highly recommend! Thank you and keep up the wonderful work!

Dr. Beau is one of the most thorough and conscience vets I have had the experience of seeing. His staff is attentive and kind. Dr. Beau has seen my furry babies from their first vet visit to their last for many years. His father treated my pets from childhood and I am so happy he is there to treat my lovelies through my adulthood. He is not the least expensive veterinarian, but I do find him to be one of the best and, most times, the only vet I want to trust my four legged kids to. If you need a really awesome vet, trust your instinct and go with the Mount Dora Veterinary Hospital, its a good decision.

I was so impressed with this facility! I scheduled an appointment with this hospital because my rescue dog Bella received a positive heartworm test from another facility and I chose Mount Dora Vet Hospital because they were rated very high on the treatment list. They recommend that she be retested to confirm her diagnosis prior to treatment. I am so happy that they did this and commend their protocol for treating animals at their clinic. Thank you Mount Dora Vet Hospital for not only saving our baby pain and suffering from the treatment but also a very costly, and unnecessary treatment.

BOTH "BO" AND I LOOK FORWARD TO OUR VISITS TO MT. DORA VETERINARY HOSPITAL. EVERYONE MAKES A BIG FUSS OVER BOS ARRIVAL WHETHER ITS FOR HIS "FANTASTIC FRIDAY" BATH OR WHETHER IT IS OF A MORE SERIOUS NATURE. ITS LIKE HAVING A FAMILY DOCTOR FOR YOUR PET. I CANT BEGIN TO LIST THE NUMBER TIMES THEY OFFERED THEIR PERSONAL SERVICES BEYOND THE HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL ATTENTION BO ALREADY GETS. Our little Raven has cancer. Dr. Beau and his staff have been taking care of her for 7 years. When her cancer was discovered, the support and love we have gotten from everyone at their hospital has been incredible. We feel like they care as much about Raven as we do. Every time I am there (with or without Raven), they take all the time necessary to explain things and offer advice. We really couldnt make it through this difficult time without Dr. Beau, Mike, Kim, Casey and all the other wonderful people there.

The staff at Mt. Dora Vet Hospital was extremely kind to us when we recently lost our pet. They tried very hard to save her but it was not to be. They were also there for us when we lost another pet a few years ago. One of the things I appreciate most is that Dr. Beau does not hesitate to recommend another facility when he feels it is warranted. I would never consider going to another vet (and I have tried several others in the area).
