Not very satisfied with this location. Have worked with the one in Port Orange without issue. Lack of follow thru. Wrote a review on another site for this location and never received a response. First set of lenses were wrong due to taking inaccurate measurement of pupils because the nose supports were crooked. I noted this issue to the tech fitting me for the prescriptions and she informed me they would be fixed when the glasses were made. When picking them up I discovered they had not been corrected. I mentioned this to the tech at the counter and she offered no assistance, stating she could not see they were crooked and no one attempted to fit me properly. They were also supposed to get an adapter to make them sunglasses and it appears it was forgotten, even with multiple call ins inquiring as to when they would be delivered. No one could explain why they were not ordered. When they did come in they were not for the brand. Then informed they dont make them. During this time I began experiencing some vision issues with the glasses, causing both headaches and dizziness. The lenses also had a scratch and after calling, I went in to have them order replacement lenses. They indirectly placed blame on me and how I like my glasses to sit, however, used my warranty to replace them at a different measurement (I had to correct the nose supports myself). When getting the fitting for the replacement lenses (5th visit), I showed the tech that the frames had cracks in the plastic around the ears, causing pain. She said she would contact the rep and get another pair. That was over 4 weeks ago. Very expensive glasses & frames and do not feel any value with this experience. There is no management on-site, no one of authority to speak with. Extremely disappointed as I tried to make a purchase locally.

My eye examination with Dr. Timko was a very positive experience. I waited about six months to fill the prescription for new glasses. The optician that helped me was dismissive and could not care less about customer service. I had to order frames which was fine. She said she would call me when they came in. After two weeks with no call I went into the store to find out what happened. She had no idea and treated me like I was inappropriate for coming to Total Vision. I told her there were several other places I could purchase glasses and she said that was fine and that I should do that. So, thats exactly what I did and they lost a $600.00 sale. Ill never go back to Total Vision.

Very enjoyable experience. . The staff is very friendly, helpful, and competent. Dr. Stevens is excellent. He is so extremely thorough and always communicates to you about your eye health. If there is a problem, as I had one with my contacts, you can guarantee he will stick you until it is solved. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my eye care .

I have been going to Dr. Stephens for many years. Our insurance over the years took us a few other places but always ended up back with him. What an excellent Dr. who is up on all the latest technology and I feel I get the very best of care in the entire area. Hes a "real" Doctor that is truly interested in taking good care of his patients.

I went there for help with my vision and was taken care of very well. Very well run office. I must say that they have the most beautiful women working there,so sitting and waiting(which wasnt long at all)was o.k. because they view was excellent.

I am sure the Doctor is great but I wasnt allowed to make an appointment as I had HUMANA insurance. I wanted to pay cash as my insurance doesnt cover eyes anyway but they said it was too much of a Hazzle. Weird !

Doctors are great however staff for eyeglasses are dismissive. Next time, Ill buy glasses somewhere else. Learned the hard way$$
