Twice my wife and I had scheduled appointments and twice they did not have us on their system. First time we made it there for them to tell us oh sorry no we dont have you scheduled for today at all. We rescheduled the appointment call again the day before actually arriving at the place and they tell us the same thing even worse they couldnt even find any information about us at all on their system. Lost 2 days, not sure whats going on if its staff or their system. They lost my business for sure so beware if you try and make an appointment with them. This review is for eye care center of New Bern in Glenburnie Rd, this is not the Walmart eye center.
