Dr. Nelson was fine but front desk staff was rude on both visits. They over-book so wait times to see the doctor are outrageous! First visit I was early and waited 1 hour to see the doctor. Second visit I waited over 2 hours and finally walked out. I complained at the front desk and they said they have a sign stating appointments can be 2+ hours. Then continued to tell me patients wait 9 hours at Duke University to see a doctor. This place over-books their appointments; seems to be greed driven. Plus, their eye glasses frames are 30-40% more than anyone else in town.

This place is completely disorganized with their billing process. They put my account on hold because they forgot to file a claim from two years ago and it took them two years to realize that after I had been there multiple times. The desk people are plain rude on the phone. I do not reccommend this place at all. There are way better Eye Care centers out there if you want better customer service, responsible billing department, and professional people to speak with on the phone.

Extremely rude staff. Very short with customers/patients. Very condescending sounding and have uppity attitudes. When waiting to be seen, my fiancé (patient) went to the restroom. While she was in there, she ready to be taken back. The nurse and receptionist then talked s*** about every patient they had that day including my fiancé right in front of me. unacceptable

Over booking patients is a BIG issue. No regard for their patients time. There is no reason for the long wait times except $$$$$$.been here over 2 hrs and still waiting. Hopefully wont be scheduling further appts. The staff is pleasant.

These people are green driven and dont care how they treat their patients, the wait times are ridiculous as they do over-book their appointments. I went for my initial appointment but will not go back for their surgery or anything else!

They did not stand behind their work. Charged me twice to correct their own mistakes. Better watch your back if you are doing business with these poeple.
