Dr Meade has been my fur familys vet since he began at Pet Pal aNimal Clinic a decade ago. When he moved, we followed him. I have never met a more compassionate, competent Veterinarian. He suggests less expensive over the counter treatments if comparable to more expensive "pet meds" and he doesnt give up on sick animals as some of my past vets have. Under his care, my dog who had Cancer, my FIV positive cat and my oldest kitty who developed an array of health issues later in life (he was 20 years old when he finally passed), all lived longer, happier lives than they might have otherwise. I will always trust Dr. Meade with my Zoo.

We first visited Dr. Mead over at the Pet Pal Vet Clinic in St Pete and I was so sad when he left. Now that were in Seminole, we are very close to his new clinic again! He is so knowledgeable, caring and thoughtful.. he really takes his time to get to know your pet and despite seeing probably countless animals each week, he genuinely seems to care for yours. What I especially like is that while of course he is good to my dogs, he is also very attentive to and interested in my cats, which is not always easy to find in a vet, surprisingly enough. All of this and his prices are reasonable too. :) I definitely recommend!

I changed to Sandy Paws from a Vet office I went to for 35 years. I lost confidence in my old vets and was seeking a Vet that had my pets best interest at heart and I found him in Dr. Mead. Very Very knowledgeable, compassionate, takes as much time as needed with you. He is a great teacher and tells you why hes doing something particular with your pet. You will not be disappointed. He is humble, truthful and reasonable. Great staff, friendly, accommodating. I just cant say enough about how satisfied I am.

I took my cat to Jeff once a month for nail trimming. He was efficient and kind. My cat is well behaved so there were no issues there. He charged me $7.00. Thats a deal! He was also willing to shave my cat. Ive had her shaved 3 times. He did the best job she has ever had, he also shaved her face to show off her triangle shaped head. She looked so cute. I am so sad I moved to Tampa. Jeff took excellent care of my pet. I really appreciated it. Well done. A++++ Carly

My husband and I love Dr. Mead and his staff at Sandy Paws! This clinic truly loves on your pet and puts your animals needs above all. One of my nervous cats, is completely relaxed while shes being treated. The Doctor and staff are very patient and informative. I would not take my animals anywhere else.
