I did get a contact lens fitting and eye exam here. They were helpful in giving me a prescription for contact lenses with astigmatism. However, when I informed them I was out of town on business (I travel for long periods at a time) and I needed my prescription information to purchase glasses, they informed me that they would not give me all the required information which included my pupillary distance. I cant fly back to Orlando to buy a $450 pair of glasses at this time, I need to order them online to be delivered to me while I am away. Not giving your patients the prescription information that they paid for and are entitled to by law (yes, opticians, this includes pupillary distance) is disrespectful and bad business practice. When I need my eye exam and $400 worth of contacts next year, I will take my business elsewhere and inform everyone else I know to do the same.

absolutely the best place to go! I have had 5 pairs of glasses cut.They have stayed late, worked hard and all around just went out of their way to help me. The lab that they used made a few mistakes(no fault of Dr. Tu) and Murphy drove to Tampa to get my glasses for me. I wouldnt dream of leaving this place as they have EARNED my business! If you want cheap glasses go to a discounter, if you want service and help... Dr. Tu is 4 U Darren Oliverio

I waited for only as long as it took me to fill out required forms, then I was seen immediately. Dr. Tu was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful with letting me know about my exact needs for my glasses. The staff gave me my prescription when I asked for it and didnt try to pressure me into buying anything. I was hesitant to go here due to the lower rating, but I honestly had a great experience and would highly recommend this office.

From Shannon and Kayla being amazing and going above and beyond to squeeze me in last minute to Dr. Tu providing exceptional and thorough care. I almost wish I needed glasses so I could come more often!

All of the staff here are very friendly, and Dr. Tu is wonderful. I was sent here to get a proper contact fitting for my keratoconus, and Im so glad this is where I was sent! Highly recommend if you have keratoconus and need contacts!
