As a healthcare provider in a different field, I highly recommend Portage Vision Care and Dr. Marchand. I have been a patient at the office for 3 or 4 years now, and couldnt be more satisfied. My prescription was incorrect at my previous optometrists office, and Dr. Marchand caught and corrected this on my first visit. My what a difference this made! Dr. Marchand talks his way through his exam, telling the patient what he is checking and why. This is above and beyond and sets Dr. Marchand apart as an excellent provider. He is professional and courteous, as are his staff. I am always satisfied with my interactions with the office staff, whether it is on the phone or in the office. They are friendly and efficient. I also appreciate that the office has evening hours a few days per week. I would 100% recommend this office to friends and family, without hesitation.

I usually never write a review but Dr. Marchard and his staff are the nicest people in a Doctors office Ive ever had. Dr. always takes as much time with each of my family members as needed. Not only does he allow sufficient time with his patients he also does a wonderful job to make sure you understand all the processes and test he will perform. Very professional and friendly staff, making you feel that it was a good decision to choose this Doctor.

By far the best eye care I have ever had. The doctor actually took time to discuss exactly what he was doing. Most exams I have had they are trying to push me out to buy the most expensive frame and lens. Everyone was helpful from fitting, cleaning, checking out, to notifying me when they were done was perfect. Customer service still exists at Portage Vision Care.

I was referred to Portage Vision by a friend. I have to say I love this place. Dr. Marchand is awesome. He does a very thorough exams and explains everything he is doing He also takes time to explain the results so you can understand them. The staff is also awesome and very friendly snd helpful. I would definately recommend them to anyone looking for eye care.

Dr. Marchard is the BEST Optometrist that Ive ever been to. He totally explains all of the testing he does and answers all of your questions. My sight is the best its ever been - between wearing contacts and glasses. The office staff is very accommodating and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend Portage Vision Care.
