Vision Center Walmart Supercenter 2600 State Route 59 Ravenna, OH 44266 I easily wasted an hour in this place. I am extremely disappointed about the poor customer service in the vision center of this Walmart. An optometrist named Robin advised me to shop for other items before visiting the vision center due to the "contact lens person being out." I continued to shop and later returned to purchase contact lenses. Assuming that my prescription is in the computer system, she then said I needed to call another Wal Mart to fax my prescription to her, rather than calling the Walmart herself. After contacting another Walmart, they promptly faxed my Rx to this location. I waited for this "optometrist" to retrieve the fax which took forever. I then finally was able to confirm a sale for contact lenses. After paying, she then said that the contacts will not be in for about 3 days. I have not been notified that contacts were not in stock prior to the purchase. Furthermore, I did not have to speak to the "contact lens person" that I supposedly needed to wait for.

December 3 my daughter had an appointment to see the optometrist. After waiting 1 1/2 hours she told the receptionist she had to get to class. When the doctor came out with another patient - he was very rude stating that he had know idea why she was there and if she could not wait any longer then she could just leave and go to med-express. That was very un-professional to treat a patient in that manner.. I would NOT recommend this Walmart Vision Center.

Been going here for YEARS. Dr. Contastino retired and it has went down the tubes. EXTREMELY rude customer service reps who took me all of 5 minutes to realize Im taking my business elsewhere. I had to have a Walmart manager go to them to actually even get a call back after spending 3 days wasting 30-40 minutes a day where the phone would only ring then put me on hold. T

Stopped in vision center to have my glasses tightened the was treated very rudely by employee she asked when was my birthday and informed me I had not been in since 2000! Which I had glasses and exam done in a different location so what was it any of her business and then if she tightened them and they broke she was not responsible for them will never go there again

My husband and daughter go here for there glasses and I went in for an exam and ordered glasses for myself. The doctor and reception gals were very friendly and helpful! Im absolutely satisfied with this vision center.
