I had a problem with blurry vision and red eyes for three weeks, and it was starting to hurt. I tried 2 over-the-counter medications that didnt work. I went to this place and they were nice and got me in quickly and informed me of the problem. The doctor then gave me a prescription for a drug that would have cost me over $100 out of pocket after insurance. Even Publix was stunned at how much it cost. Instead I tried one more over-the-counter product by Visine for $7 and in three days I was fine. In other words, be careful with what this place prescribes because I have a feeling the doctor was just trying to line his pockets from the drug company. If your eye hurts and its pretty red, try Visine first if you can before spending a lot of money on medicine.

Dr. Tu was very polite, as was his assistant who took all of my preliminary exams. Unfortunately, Im pretty displeased with the way that the clinic intentionally withholds parts of your prescription to discourage you from ordering glasses online. I was clear from the beginning of my exam that I only needed a prescription update, but they went ahead and billed my insurance for lens aand frame charges anyway. Nice people, but Im not a fan of controlling customers like that. I wont be returning.

The doctor is nice but the associates are awful. My glasses took 3 weeks to come back. When I would call for an update snotty "customer service" people would apologize but couldnt tell me when theyd come in. If youre going to go here you might as well ask for the area managers info because shes the only one that could find out a date for my very delayed glasses. She didnt do anything for the inconvenience either but she almost seemed to care? Honestly, you may as well go to Walmart.
