Excellent practice, staff, and doctor. Everything is so updated and the latest technology is used to perform eye tests. I prefer smaller practices to the chain eye doctor offices. This office is super clean and organized. There is no long wait. The receptionist, who also performs the first part of the eye test is so friendly and patient. Dr. Huynh was so friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He takes the time to explain all his findings, procedures, asks about our concerns and if we have any questions, and he has a great personality. He explains how the eye works, what eye ailments could occur, and what he is looking for as far as eye health. I told him my son has ADHD and hed be a bit hyper and impatient and Dr. Huynh handled the situation wonderfully. He made my son laugh, kept up a conversation with him, laughed at his jokes and made him feel very comfortable. When it came time to purchase our eyeglasses, the receptionist explained their pricing and options thoroughly and went over the contract with me being that I couldnt read it due to my eyes having been dilated. All in all, I am very pleased I found this practice and Ill definitely be coming back for our yearly eye exams. Thank you for such a great experience!

I considered giving them 3 stars but the doctor himself was very nice. I had an appointment on a Saturday at 1:20 and I waited 30 minutes in the lobby before getting called back to the exam room. They had 3 customers there when I arrived and I realize theres only the one doctor but it would have been nice if they would have at least apologized for my wait, but they didnt. Once I actually got to see the doctor, he said he would be dilating my eyes and then Id have to wait another 25 minutes before he can take a look at them, so I sat in that lobby for quite some time. The doctor said that they would be giving me the dark glasses that they always give you after youve had your eyes dilated but he never actually offered them to me. So I wore my own sunglasses out the door so that Id be able to drive myself home. The doctor himself was very polite, but the whole experience it was not amazing, so I will be looking for a different eye doctor for my next visit.

I scheduled a visit with the office early this year, they were a very professional, budget friendly practice and actually cared. They managed to work follow up appointments around my hectic work schedule. The office is very big, well staffed, clean and well-stocked with a good selection of both contact lens and frames to choose from. Genesis took care great of me and followed me through every step of the way. The professionalism and care that I received as a new patient was more than I imagined and well ahead most big name practices where they dont care as much. Dr. Huynh definitely delivers customer oriented solutions and works with every concern and need. I am a happy, first time customer at this practice and highly recommend this practice, hence why I wrote this review =)

My experience going to this optometrist was incredible, once you go in you are acknowldged and welcomed immediately by the staff. When having to wait in the lobby they offer little cold bottles of water from a fridge they have just for the patients. Dr.Huynh thoroughly explains every step as he tests your vision. Hes not like any other regular optical company doctor. He really knows his stuff! Friendly and very aware is how I describe not only him but the the whole team. I am more than satisfied with them and I highly recommend this place. Take this, I live in Kissimmee (34744) and their offices are about 40 minutes away from my home but I would happily drive there again and again because of just how professional and patient oriented they are.

I recently visited Invision Eye Care. As I entered I was greeted with a smile and friendly faces; everyone was kind and very helpful in determining what I needed as a self pay patient. The staff was very welcoming and it was a great environment. I was then seen by Dr. Huynh who was very thorough; he took his time explaining to me my vision changes, concerns, eyeglasses and contacts information. I highly recommend this optometrist office and will happily return for my contacts fitting next week!

I was referred to Dr. Huynh at Invision Eye Care located at 567 S. Chickasaw Trail Orlando due to low vision. Dr. Huynh and his staff are phenomenal. I worked closely with Dr. Huynh and his assistant Sam. They both are wonderful. They provided exemplary service and demonstrated professionalism to the highest level of excellence. Dr. Huynh improved my vision by adding enhancements in my lens. I highly recommend Dr. Huynh and his staff to provide eye care. The entire staff is excellent.

Never buying online again! My aunt recommended this optical after I bought glasses online that didnt fit properly and had bad lenses. The doctor and staff were very friendly and helpful, they took the time to check the health of my eyes and explained by showing me why my online glasses and lenses were not made and measured correctly and how it affects my vision. Now I actually have a pair of glasses that I can see clearly for driving! Thank you!

Excellent practice! Nice office, great service! The Doctor is very knowledgable and took time to really educate me on my options. Good pricing, and for the money it was a better experience than the box chains where you get minimal time in front of the actual doctor. Thankfully I dont have to see an optometrist very often but Ill be back for repeat business in the future. Is it just me or is someone a big Miami Dolphins fan there??
