As much as I wanted to like this doctors office, it just wasnt an overall good experience. This was my first eye exam in 5 years. I did a lot of research and felt like going to a big box retailer for exams and glasses was going to be pricey and robotic experience. So I found Dr Marino, an independent docter and made a appointment for my wife and I to come in on the same day, just 30 minutes apart. This office is staffed by two people, the doctor and his office assistant. So things seem to run slowly. When I walked in there was no one at the desk and I wasnt greeted. I sat down and the office assistant walked around the corner and goes "oh I didnt see you sneak in". Ok? So I asked if there was anything I needed to fill out and she looked bothered, gave me some papers and I waited 35 minutes. At this point, there was a bad accident on 95 and my wife was running behind. I didnt even see the doctor yet so I thought this was ok. Once I saw the doctor, he was nice but did rush due to him trying to close his office on time. My wife showed up 10 minutes late for her scheduled time but I was still in my exam (so why did this matter) and was immediately scolded by the office assistant saying my wife needs to be more proper for her appointments and was rude to her the entire time. I walked out of my exam and saw my wife with that "look" and knew something happened. This is unfortunate, as it was our first time here. The doctor was running behind, my wife was a few minutes late and was scolded like a child and given attitude. For what? I ended up needing glasses and the doctor didnt even give me my prescription, I had to come back and ask for it. He nor his assistant made any effort to help in choosing what kind of frames or lenses in needed. No follow up or anything. Heres my heres my prescription, pick out my frames ( all were extremely overpriced ) and be on my way? Everything was RUSHED! I just felt overwhelmed with it being my first time needing glasses. So I was hoping for a better experience. Ended up going down the street, getting a more personal experience with better prices and follow up. At a big box retailer. -A note to the owner, the customer experience is everything and if we dont feel properly serviced at your establishment why should we do business with you? Theres plenty of options out there. Its simply your loss, not mine.

I had the best experience at Gardens Vision Boutique in Palm Beach Gardens. Dr. Dominick Marino is an excellent Doctor, knowledgable, patient and at no point did I feel rushed from the time walked in tll the time I walked out. He has the best name brands...You have to call or stop in at Gardens Vision Boutique and meet Dr. Marino.

What an unbelievable boutique vision center. So refreshing and pleasant as compared with the big box stores. Fr. Marino is awesome. He takes time with his patients and uses the most updated technology and methods. Better yet, they accept most insurance plans. Love the Gardens Vision Boutique.
