The time Ive spent at North Tampa Pet Hospital has been more than enjoyable. While the reasons for going to a hospital of any kind is generally an anxiety ridden experience, after my first visit with Dr Y those fears have been taken care of, just as Dr Y has taken care of me and my girlfriends FIV positive/renal failure cat Tootsie. Dr Y has always been very straight forward and honest in his opinions of how we should go about treating Tootsie. He takes into consideration her age, her diagnosis and our financial standings. At my job I have recommended NTPH to all my co-workers with pets, as well as let them know that the Pet Depot the clinic is located in the back of, is where we get all of Tootsies specialty foods and treats. They have an awesome selection of high grade everything, without the high grade prices. I dont see going to any other pet stores any time soon.

Dr. Y and staff are terrific. Ive NEVER heard of a vet actually answering the phone, I was literally speechless for a moment! They take care of all three of my divas and have always called back to check up on them. Dr. Y doesnt try to sell me on unnecessary x-rays and lab testing. I have an older dog who requires extra attention AND since they offer anesthesia free teeth cleaning, I went ahead & signed for this insurance packet I saw there & its paid for itself within 4 months. Im used to being pressured as if by a car salesman, its disgusting. The entire staff is friendly, and more importantly gentle with all of my animals. Highly recommend.

Dr. Y and his staff are always willing to not only make the animals feel comfortable, safe and well, theyre phenomenal with the animals caretakers. Theyre always willing to answer questions and they all have compassion and the kind of values that just arent found these days. While I found this practice because a rescue for which I foster uses them, Ill be taking my personal pets here as well now.

This place is awesome. I went in to board my dog with no notice and they took her the same day! And they also gave her a heartworm test and heartworm preventive; they were so helpful and nice. I LOVE Dr. Yeruva! Theyre also all about helping with acupuncture and stuff--which I really want to do with my old arthritic dog. A great vet!!

First off the staff is amazing! Extremely friendly and gentle, my dog has never been so at ease at the vet. And Dr.Y is by far the best Ive ever been too. He takes the time to fully check over your pet and goes the extra length to explain concerns/treatment plans or even just how great your dog is to the owners!

This is by far one of the best animal hospitals I have ever encountered. The staff are absolutely wonderful and they take great care of every pet that comes through their doors. They work together with eachother and the owners to ensure top quality care is met. I highly recommend them to any pet owner!
