Today my car broke down in the parking lot of the animal hospital. Although I was not a customer to this business, I came in and told the two women at the front desk (I believe their names were Debra and Jessie) about my issue. They seemed busy and had quite a few customers. However, Jessie/Jackie took the time out of her day to ask what was going on and if she could help, and Debra/Debbie came out to see if she could help. My gas cap was sealed and she aided me in opening it up. She went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. I was amazed at how kind the people here are, and although I do not know about their services as a hospital, their warm relationships with their customers and their willingness to help has made me sure to come here if I ever need to. I highly recommend this place as customer service is what ensures the success of a business.

I have used Haywood Animal Hospital and Dr. Chris Coleman for over 20 years. My first experience with him was when my Moms dog needed a vet so she could check out of emergency care. I was out of town and was in contact with him and found Dr Chris to be one of the kindest men and doctors I have ever known. Now 20 years later and four pets later, I can tell you that my admiration for his hospital, knowledge and service has only grown. My animals are my family and he totally understands that. I am glad to have met such a prayerful, kind man to take care of my "children". Thank you Dr. Chris Coleman and staff.

Ive had to have several aged pets put down over the last several years. They have consistently been deeply loving and compassionate. It helped to have such support. I appreciate their excellent care and deep concern at every stage - puppy/kitten through very old age. Ive experienced them all, and have been very grateful for the excellent care here at each stage.

When I had to put dog down it was a very cold uncaring atmosphere. I left feeling it was a horrible experience. Wouldnt recommend. Gave them a second chance with new dog. Lots if money,tests and pills they had no idea what was wrong. Took to another vet one look he knew gave me topical cream and dogs getting better. I dont recommend. Sorry

Haywood Animal Hospital is fabulous! Theyre compassionate, and provide excellent care. Weve taken many animals to them over the years. Right now theyre helping us care for two very elderly dogs, and their care is impressive. I highly recommend them.
