I went to the bank across from Pet Shots Express one morning last week on the way to take my dog to the Vet to get his rabies and heart worm vaccinations. I had never heard of Pet Shots Express, but I was curious to go in there and see their rates and compare them to my vets for future reference. I ran in really quick to ask the vet assistant at the front desk for the price info. She stared at me annoyed and told me it depended on what type of treatment I wanted as if Im a vet and know all the options. So I said a shot thinking maybe they have and then she says ok well that also depends on big your dog is. Im assuming she saw my yellow lab in the car and thought I was just a walk in trying to squeeze in an appointment. Anyways, I answered her, she ignored me again, picked up a phone (which she also very rude to) and didnt even look at me for 5 minutes. So I said forget it and left. Needless to say, I will never visit Pet Shots Express in Holly Springs. She didnt even answer my simple question!

I cant say enough good things about the people at Pet Shots Express. Weve taken our dog there since she was a "brand new" puppy at 8 weeks until now. The prices are very reasonable and the staff has been great every time. Even during instances I had to take my pet to other locations for care (spaying and such) Dr. Schiably has made herself available and "filled the gap" in car when we needed it. I can think of at least two other occasions outside of the spaying that Ive called Dr. Shiably and shes been willing to answer my questions about what could potentially be the problem and offer advice. Overall, I see no reason why we wouldnt continue taking our dog to Pet Shots Express for all of the services they provide.

Today our family had the worst experience a pet owner faces. We had to put our 16 year old Manz named Boo down. He had developed a bladder problem and was not eating nor drinking, He was in constant pain and Dr. Schiably was very clear that his chances of survival were few. He lived a long and good life (something we all want) and was at peace as he passed. He is no longer in pain and over the next few days our pain will lessen. We so appreciated Dr. Schiablys compassion and helpful manner. She informed us of our options with clear information and patiently gave us the time to make a very hard decision. She is truly an asset to our community.

Ill try to shorten my experience.I took my dog once and they were less then friendly.I figured everyone has a bad day and thought Id give them another chance since the price is cheap.I called to see if I could just walk in with my pets and they told me that i could do so.My husband leaves work 2 hrs early to help me with the 2 dogs and after getting my 1.5 year old daughter in the car they tell us that they probably cant help us today.Their system was down,ok..I get it...but the attitude the lady there displayed was just rude as hell.I dont care if they are giving away vaccines for free I WILL NEVER BE BACK.

Dr. Schiably is the most compassionate and understanding vet I know. She is always willing to take time out to talk through any problems you have with your animals and always shops around for the lowest priced prescriptions. They make vetting affordable and are never pushy. Dr. Schiably really helped us through putting down our 17 year old dog. She cares about the animals the owners and clearly loves what she does. I am really impressed with the great prices. Very friendly staff. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I took both my cat and Australian Shepherd there for the first time, and their annual shots and exams. Not only was more affordable, but the veterinarian Dr. Schaibly is very brilliant , informative and gave me more information than my previous vets. I am going to take my daughters senior dog there who has been "written off" as just old by the previous vet who gave him nothing to ease his pain, didnt do an xray, etc. or suggest a treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Schaibly and this location.

Great Experience! Two Paws Up! Super friendly staff and delightful licensed vet. Great prices for the shots and medicines. Very clean and attractive facility in a convenient location with ample level parking. If you are looking for a good place to get shots and basic pet meds, this is a good solution. They DONT pressure you, like some vet offices, to buy stuff you dont want or need. They were very nice to me and my dog, even when she protested (strongly) about having her nails trimmed.

This is the most loving and caring vet staff I have ever encountered. We have a multiple pet household so veterinary care cost is always a concern to us. We have found the prices for shots and exams to be well below what our other vet had been charging. We recently had to put down a 21 year old cat. I cannot express how happy I am with all the services provided by this Pet Shots Express office. The service is thorough, friendly and affordable. This is my "Go To" vet for my, Diabetic Alert Service Dog. Since I am on a fixed income this is a God sent. You cant go wrong with their care. I highly recommend this vet office.

I had a very good experience with Pet Shots Express. Even on a very busy weekend they were able to see my cat, got his exam, treatments, and consultation done within half an hour! The staff is gentle and they clearly care for the wellbeing of all their patients. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Took my 4 cats there for shots and check up. The office was clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful/understanding. The vet was very patient and explained everything in detail. Gave me medication, recommendations for supplements and food brand. They answered ALL of my questions. I highly recommend this place!
