First and last time visiting. Very unhappy with the service provided during my appointment this morning, 03/09/17. My dog, 2 years old 3lb chihuahua, much like any other dog was a bit shakey and nervous about the visit. As soon as i got there the first thing they did was to bring a mouth guard to put on her. Although i believed a bit of getting to know her would do the trick, I had no issue with this and agreed to have it done. When the doctor proceeded to put the mouth guard on however, i did not like the way he did it. It seemed very rushed, rough, and it put my dog under much distress. Her eyes became very red and began to have difficulty breathing. This got me very anxious so i brought it to his attetion, however he continued to do what he was doing as he insisted that he wasnt hurting her. i finally had to tell him to stop as the situation got worse, I ask him for my dog back and left the office. I had never had any vet treat her this way and it should never take anyone to put a dog under so much anxiety. A vet visit should be stress-free as possible and it was the complete opposite. I then decided to visit another vets office as i really needed to have her checked. The experience there was significantly better. They recieved her with a smile and greeted her to make feel comfortable. She was still a bit nervous at first however after a the veterinarian took her for a small walk on the leash around the office he was able to hold her and exam her with out an issue. I value every vets time, however you the dogs emotional and physical health should be your first concern as a professianal vet.

Dr. Cutchin is amazing. I found him with a Google Search when my dogs skin issues became too much for my partner and I to handle. He fixed him up & made me and my baby feel so comfortable while assuring me that I wasnt a terrible pet mom for what was going on. He took the time to answer any and all questions I had and I enjoyed my experience so much that I now bring my cats to him as well. He makes it an amazing experience every time. I had my female cat spayed at his office today and even though they close at 6, when I called at 5:55 with concerns about how she was looking, he and his staff stayed until I got there at 6:20. They were nothing but kind and understanding, luckily nothing was wrong aside from me being over concerned, but I was so grateful at the above and beyond service I recieved. His prices for everything are competitive but even if they werent Id continue to go to him. Hes great with all my animals and everyone on his staff has been nothing but sweet and complimentary every time. I adore this place and will never go anywhere else as long as he is practicing. Thank you Dr. Cutchin, for making me and my babies feel safe.

I am not complaining about Dr. Cutchins care, what I am complaining about is the exorbitant costs for that care! You are going to empty your pocketbook here and you are absolutely going to fill Dr. Cutchins. My dog needed surgery and when I went to another local vet for a second opinion, the difference in price was ridiculous. When I mentioned this to Dr. Cutchin his first comment was, "Well, you can go to 10 different vets and get 10 different prices." And thats true, I would expect a minimal difference--I talked to two different vets besides Dr. Cutchin ($100 difference, not $1000). When I talked to him the second time about his over-pricing even on pain meds and that another vet was going to do the same surgery for half of what he was going to charge, he said, "Well, if you had told me, I would have done the surgery for that price." That is insulting! If I am going to entrust the care of my dog to someone, I should be able to trust their charges too! My suggestion is go see Dr. Wallis in Lawrenceville. Dr. Wallis level of care is extraordinary and you wont feel like you have to sell your kidney to help your furry friend!

If you live even remotely near Flowery Branch this is the place to go if you have a pet who needs help. I dont live near there, but the drive is worth it. They have my business for life. I have never been to another vet clinic like them. Most places are rush them in, rush them out, wham bam thank you maam. Not Dr. Cutchin. I went to him for a second opinion after a friend of mine recommended him. I had already spent a ton of money and had gotten nowhere with another clinic that only seemed interested in money. Dr. Cutchin was very thorough and he took all the time I needed to explain what I needed to know about what was going on with my dog, what could be done about it, and what to expect after. And his prices were very reasonable, far better than what I had already spent at the last place where I didnt even get an answer. The bottom line is he saved my dogs life.

I have to say we found this veterinary practice to be unbelievably expensive for any service outside of exam and shots. Plan on spending a small fortune here. Our new vet is more of a people person, was $110 less for the exact same procedure, not to mention walked me out to my car personally with my pets after the procedure was performed. The care my animals received at friendship springs was fine, staff very friendly, just very expensive. We found Dr. Cutchin to be very knowledable however he made us feel as if we were bothering him just to ask basic questions. Dr. Cutchin is good with animals from our experience. Do to the inflated costs for services we are driving a good distance farther to another Vet whom was recommend to us by a friend and are very happy with our new Veterinarian.

This vet is wonderful! I had been searching for a vet that could handle a sickness my cat had for over 2 years, called 15 vets. Dr. Trae Cuetchin is amazing with all of my animals. I take my manx, who for the first time in over 4 years has somewhat normal foot pads and hair, my tamed feral cat, my pitt bull and am going to start taking my bird dog. He is truly interested in his work and if you are willing will take all the time you need to explain what your pet needs. I can highly recommend this clinic. The staff is also wonderful, always friendly. I have not found the cost to be exorbitant and I am sorry some people have. I think it was a really decent cost of $125.00 to spay my pittbull, came with meds, follow up visit and free vaccines for life. Great place

Doctor Cutchin and his staff helped us with our 20+ year old cat Samantha for years. They showed true compassion and caring for her and us. She was a member of our family. I cant recommend them enough as the place to take your pets when needed. An outstanding group of people. A thank you to them for the great care provided.
