Ive trusted Jonesboro Animal Hospital to care for my pets for the past 19 years. My 1st round of cats all lived to the respectable ages of 18, 19, and 20. With the wonderful skill, care and concern that Dr. McMillian and his knowledgeable staff provide, Im hoping that our 3 new cats will have the same amount of time with us. Weve been through some close calls and procedures ranging from basic to emergency and Ive always been pleased with the love and care that my animals have been shown. Nothing beats a friendly and caring staff, especially when one of your beloved pets is dealing with a crisis or when it inevitably becomes time to say goodbye.

I love everyone at this facility. They are very kind and caring. I had a few visits to Jonesboro Animal with a friend who had to put 2 of her dogs down there and they were just like family. When I got my rescue dog I brought him in and Dr. Rudd attended to him and she really made me feel that she sincerely cared about him. I would definitely recommend Jonesboro Animal Hospital to my friends. The only thing that I wished that they offered was a little discount for rescue animals because having my own 2 dogs and taking in one that I felt obligated to help that has some health issues has really added an expense that I wasnt prepared for.

We called Jonesboro Animal Hospital on a Saturday at the last minute to get advice about our dog Lacey. I explained what was going on with her and the receptionist said that we should bring her in to see the doctor. I called her right back and she stated that we needed to be there by 11:30 and they could work her in. We got there about 11:20 and only had to wait a few minutes before we went back to see the DR.The Drs there are great all of them. The DR. explained what was wrong prescribed medication and we were on our way.Everyone there is so friendly. Great Place to take your animals.

I was very impressed with the friendly professionalism of the staff, and the Dr. Ruff. ( Sorry if I messed up her name, I was very nervous about my Snookys illness when I had to seek help). But she was so thorough and explained everything to me more than once. or even twice. I knew exactly what I was dealing with when I left there. And what the goal was as far as caring for my fur-baby. Service with a compassion for animal really speak to me. Thanks to all, and keep up the good work. You will never know how much this means to a person in their moment of crisis.

My experience at Jonesboro Animal Hospital is always amazing. The doctors are all very thorough. Dr. McMillan Sr., Dr. McMillan Jr., Dr. Rudd, and Dr. Flandermeyer provide excellent care for my Pomeranian FiFi. Besides the doctors, the front office staff especially Caprill and Carol provide stellar customer service and always a smile that radiates even through the phone. I have been a client for 20 years, 3 1/2 currently with my Pom and 17 years with my cats, Jasmine and Maya who are now resting in peace! Ill never go anywhere else! Thank you JAH!!!

We started using Jonesboro Animal hospital about three years ago, after our long time vet retired. We have two cats, Katie and Gracie, which are our "fur babies"! When we first walked into their office, we were impressed by how modern, clean and fresh smelling everything was. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The doctors and assistants are very accessible and thorough in answering our questions. They are very tender and compassionate with our cats. We have been very pleased with them.

I always look forward to my appointment at Jonesboro Animal Hospital and so does my doggie Missy as she tap dances through the front door. We are met with a professional, courteous and very friendly staff, and the doctors always take care of Missys needs in a fine manner. Jonesboro Animal Hospital is a cut above the rest. The Office Manager, Stephanie , is also aware of clients needs for their pets. Many thanks to Dr. McMillan, Jr. and all of his staff for making our visit a very good experience.

I stopped here trying to get help for my dying cat "Little" and Dr. McMillian Jr. Immediately assisted my cat and calmed me down assuring me that my cat would be just fine. This staff is professional and compassionate. Dr. McMillian Jr. truly cares about animals and even their owners. I will never visit another vet after the amazing treatment we received. My cat is doing great and has many happy healthy years with our family.

What an awesome group!! All the way from the front desk, to the technicians, to the doctor. Super friendly, very gentle with my pets and takes time to explain EVERYTHING!! They are not pushy and do not run every test available, to make that almighty dollar. They genuinely care about the animals.

My baby Milo Milton has been going to Jonesboro Animal Hospital for 9 years. I love the care Dr. McMillian Jr. provides him. I can just show up, and he will be seen without me having to wait any more than 15 minutes or so. I get reminders in the mail as they communicate well.
