This is not an urgent care facility, it is a drug test and company physical facility. I took my husband in today because he woke up in a lot of pain in his back. Our PCP is an hour away. We arrived at 11:26 and were told it would be about two hours from start to finish only about 40 minutes in the waiting room. An hour after we got there my husband was called to the counter to pay his copay. The lady asked if he was ok as he limped up to her. He said no sitting in the chairs was causing him more pain. She said it would only be another 10 minutes or so. An hour later after watching 20 people walk in the door and get sent back within minutes. Seeing every other urgent care patient called back, my husband couldnt take it any longer. So he limped back up to the counter and asked for his money back. By this point I was furious! Now he was going home in more pain than he started with and still no closer to finding out what is wrong. Thanks for nothing. And the blond lady behind the counter with way too much black eyeliner is in the wrong line of work. If you dont give a crap about people the medical field is probably not the best place for you.

This is my first time ever in Concerta urgent care. I came in for physical therapy, but instead was made to feel as if I was in the way. The person who treated me took no time to actually guide me in how to perform a procedure, and only stuck to giving me a demonstration and went right back to her laptop. This happened continuously, with increasing agitation on her part, and a sense of hurt and confusion on my part. By the end after treatment, I watch as she led an elderly gentleman to the treadmill and respond, "If you feel any pain whatsoever just get off". He responds, "Nono, I...Im fine". She then inmediately turns off the treadmill. My response to this, is if its too early in the day to treat your patients, or if you are busy in the day, your first priority shouldnt be your laptop, it should be the people who are paying for your services. Absolutely no excuse away from this. I dont know if I will be going back or not, but I most certainly will not be seeing her again.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at any business in my life!! And I wasnt even the patient here my fiancé was. They treated him horrible. The doctor he seen was a African American woman with short hair I think her name is Francine fields. Anyways she should be fired, if you hate your job enough to make your patient miserable and ready to run for the door then you shouldnt be in this field. Ive worked at doctors offices and have never seen this kind of behavior. She didnt even listen to what he had to say and when she did speak she accused him of lying!!!? Oh and dont get my started on the nurses attitudes in this place. They need some serious help here. I have never left a review on any place but I couldnt let this go. The doctor was a b. And the nurses were rude for no reason. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THERE ARE PLENTY OF REVIEWS PROVING THIS IS A HORRIBLE EXCUSE OF ANY TYPE OF "CARE"

I was told the wait would be 2 hrs and I accepted that, but the service was ridiculous!! After waiting 1 1/2 hrs, we being taken back, they performed a X-ray on my daughters foot and told us she fractured her toe. The LPN came in, touched her foot and said it needed to be taped. The next person came in, taped her toe and walked us out. Now, that was approx. 20 mins. in the back. We walked to the front and were told to have a seat for checkout. That was another 20 mins. to be given 2 prescriptions and no followup treatment plan. One of the prescriptions was for a boot that CVS obviously couldnt fill and ibuprofen. I had to call back the next day to get her followup treatment and to be told that we shouldve gotten an orthopedic referral the night before. Totally a waste of time and money!! Wouldve gotten better treatment at the ER!!

Worst location possible. I wish that I had read the reviews before coming here. I went to this location because my soon to be employer provided this location for my physical and drug screen. Arrived at 12:30pm on a Saturday, did not get called in to see the doctor until 3:30pm. Cut off time for fedex express was 2pm so the package and label my employer provided for 1 day delivery was useless. The sample wont be sent until Monday. My start date will be pushed back now. The staff were nice however. But only one doctor at this location has made a simple task take hours to complete when it should not be like this. Did not finish until 5pm. If you like wasting time or have 4 or 5 hours to burn come here... Otherwise go somewhere else. Staff was nice.

Worst place EVER staff sucks... And they lied to my job and told them i left without taking a drug screen.. MAJOR LIES... I PEEED TWICE AND THEY SAID IT WASNT ENOUGH AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE PHYSICAL THERAPY FRONT DESK GUY HE GAVE ME MY PAPERWORK AND TOLD ME I WAS GOOD TO GO THEN THEY SAID THEY WOUPD BILL ME AND THAT THE COMPANY I WORKED FOR WOULDNT PAY FOR MY VISIT TODAY....ILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AFTER I GO RE TAKE THE DRUG SCREEN... I DONT WANT THERE THERAPY OR ANYTHING THEY HAVE TO OFFER...THIS PLACE BY FAR IS THE WORST... OH NOT TO MENTION HOW SLOOOOOOOOOOOW THEY ARE...PPL HAVE LIVES TO LIVE HELL MAKE THEM THINK PPL WANT TO SIT IN THERE OFFICE ALL DAY!!!!! IF I COULD RATE THIS PLACE NO STARS I WOULD!!!!!!!!

The worst place I have ever been waiting for pre job physical two and a half hours then the doctor said that she could not sign off because of the medicine my doctor has me on to treat high blood pressure so then I had to make an appointment with my doctor and have him take me off of all medication and then took a letter from my doctor to Concentra and I am still waiting on a answer from the doctor at Concentra me and the company that I am going to work for have both called and they still cant tell us anything.yes no like I said dont use this Gwinnett urgent care is a lot faster service and the wait time very short even when they are very busy

This was the worst experience I have ever had at an urgent care. I was sent home from work for what turned out to be a bad case of food poisoning. Upon arrival it was apparent that cleanliness is not a top priority, the staff was rude and the wait was ridiculously long. I was told it would be a minimum of an hour and a half before I could be seen. I understand waiting my turn for the doctor, but when I asked if I was allowed to leave for a bit ( I have food poisoning) for just a bit I was rudely told if I walked out the door it would be even longer before I was seen. Its safe to I will never be back.
