My family has had the privilege of working with these great folks for 50+ years! Having grown up in this community I have fond memories of Dr. Bob Robinson and Dr. Jack Bragg. Dr. Henry Wall joined the ranks and has continued an excellent level of service and expertise. Dr. April Mitchell brings vision for a more modern clinic; however, the "old school" approach and touch is evident in her practice. Dr. Mitchell is very knowledgeable, responsible and up to date on trends in veterinary medicine. The staff is professional, courteous, caring, gentle, friendly and eager to give precious pets TLC and expert veterinary treatment. Over the years they have cared for my multiple pets through many injuries, illnesses, surgeries and routine treatments. They have cared for me and my pets in times of trauma and making the painful decision to "put a much loved pet down" - the clinic offers a very comfortable and private room for this loving time in your journey with your pet. Each visit I learn in the process and feel very well informed so that I may continue responsible and loving care for my furry critters! I cannot imagine trusting my pets in the care of anyone else!

I wish I could give this vet 10 stars. After spending thousands of dollars at another vet to help our 7 year old pug, we came to Monroe Veterinary Clinic for a second opinion before making the difficult choice to put our dog to sleep. I am so glad we did!!! After hearing our experience and our dogs symptoms, one blood test was done and they corrected a misdiagnosis and was able to bring him back to his old self. This was 3 years ago and he is still doing great! Owning 3 dogs, we have had our share of emergencies and ailments, but we never think twice about their recommendations for care. Most vets guilt you into doing things to get more money and every visit is full of "add-ons". They have never once made us feel pressured or guilty, or pulled on our heartstrings to get money. They are open and honest about what is necessary and what is not. Their compassion and love for animals is so evident- all of them- the vets, techs, and receptionists. We love our dogs like family and would not bring them to anyone else- even with a 45 minute drive!

My husband and I cant thank the Monroe Veterinary Clinic enough for everything Dr. Anderson and the staff did for us in assisting us completing all the correct paperwork needed to move our two dogs overseas with us. To move overseas, there are a number of documents that you must provide and other tasks, such as vaccines and treatments, that must be completed within certain time periods and the Monroe Veterinary Clinic took the time to understand what needed to be included in each form and told us, if we needed anything changed or updated, to contact them and they would take care of it for us. Also, my husband and I are from out of state and were visiting family in Georgia and the Monroe Veterinary Clinic welcomed us and our two dogs with open arms, truly wanting to help. Nothing but a positive, helpful experience.

We just moved to the area. My dog is terrified of going to the vet, so I thought we would do a happy meet and greet so he would associate this place as a good place. He also needed a nail trim. I dont know if it was the atmosphere or the demeanor of everyone there, but he was HAPPY! Not only did he seem thrilled to check this new place out (new to him) from what I understand he sat on the ladies lap while they trimmed his nails without incident. It is so stressful moving, especially when its a far move and you dont know anyone or where anything is. Lots go wrong and can go wrong, so it was a relief that this went so right. The staff was fabulous, and Im so thrilled to have found a vet Im comfortable with the first try. I definitely recommend this vet clinic.

I have used Monroe Vet Clinic since I cant remember. Because of the excellent and compassionate care they give, one of my dogs lived to be 15 and the other 17. Now my cat is the ripe "young" age of 10 and still going strong. I also board my cat at the clinic because I know he will be taken care of and given the attention he needs while in a strange place. The doctors go above and beyond to see that your pet receives all that is necessary to keep them healthy and the staff is just as caring and professional. They all treat your pet as if it was their own. I highly, highly recommend Monroe Vet Clinic for all your pet needs because I know the minute you step inside you will know youve come to the right place to make sure your pet leads a long and healthy life.

I came to Monroe veterinary clinic in an emergency situation with my dog and they took him right in. Dr. Anderson and the staff here are amazing. They have so much compassion for animals and people, they go above and beyond their duties to make sure your pet is getting the best care possible. I dont know what we would have done without them in our time of need. I know our baby wouldnt have gotten this kind of care and compassion anywhere else. They did everything in their power to make him comfortable and​ to keep him that way. They took time with me to explain everything and to answer all my questions. I didnt feel like I was just a number like most vet clinics. This is my new vet, I will not be going anywhere else. I highly recommend them!!!!

The staff and Doctors at Monroe Veterinary Clinic are professional and most importantly your pets best friends. They are the greatest, I am so fortunate to live directly behind their facility. The prices are very competitive and inexpensive in comparison to the care. Give these guys a shot at caring for your little family members and you will be ecstatic that you did! Dr. DeLong and his staff are amazing with my dog Dixie. She gets very anxious when going places in the car (we rescued her 7 years ago after someone dumped her on the side of the road) and the staff always takes their time with her to make her more comfortable. I know that they care about Dixie as much as I do. They check her from nose to tail to make sure that she is healthy, in addition to administering all of her vaccines. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I had to put my dog down. It was a very hard thing to do. I would have given them 5 stars but the girl at the front counter said some thing that upset me. I dont think she ment to but after I handed over my dog to the vet I was walking out and she said " have a nice day". Kind of hard to have a nice day when I had to put my friend of 15 years down.

Ive been a customer for over thirty-five years. They have always taken loving care of our animals and of us. I cant thank them enough for all the help they have given us and our pets. They have the most knowledgeable techs I have seen anywhere, so you can count on them to do everything the right way. And, their groomers are wonderful.
