You know... I think they should take a class on professionalism. I had an appointment scheduled at 4:30 and the day OF my appointment they called me to see if we could push it back 45 minutes and come in at 3:45, unfortunately since we have jobs the earliest we could go in is 4:15 (only a difference of a HALF HOUR) so they canceled the appointment on us because "something came up." Which shows that for one, it wasnt an emergency considering they were only trying to push it back 45 minutes and for two, they clearly do NOT value their patients time. My life does not revolve around the vets schedule, he works for me and I contribute to his paycheck. We will be taking our dogs somewhere else, this is completely unacceptable in my opinion.

Dr.B was the best!!! Now since he has retired the clinic is run by Dr. Gage & Dr. Kumpula my pup and I have seen both and they are good but this clinic would not be anything without the great support staff!!! my personal thanks go out to the best of the best who have been by my side with the death of my two dogs and the help with my new pup!! Thank You JULIE & LAURA <3

I took my guinea pig in for an exam, he had a tumor near his eye, which clearly could not be operated on. I asked the doctors recommendation, he flippantly said, "euthanasia". He offered no topical meds or pain meds. My little guy lived another 8 months with ME treating him on my own. I never went back there. I was disgusted with their complete lack of compassion.

Dr Gage went above and beyond for our little Chewy! She was very knowledgeable and caring and took wonderful care of him. She took the time to answer all my questions and I had a lot of them! Take your animal here! They will treat you like family!

The vets and staff are amazing people. They do what they do because they all love animals. They were so helpful to us, it was amazing. They are there to help our animals not take advantage of our pockets. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!! :)
