Ive been going to Lake Harbin since maybe early 2002 and each and every time they have exceeded all my expectations. I feel like they are a small family office. Since moving from Clayton and now living in Cobb I still make the drive because when you find someone that you trust, knows your pet and truly has there best interest at heart you stick with them. They make time for me in case of an emergency, work with my schedule and commute, and even have mailed me the prescriptions when Ive run out. They have worked with me on payments while going thru tough times and I wouldnt trust my babies to anyone else! Highly recommend this vet, Dr. Rutter and his staff!!!

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 3 YEARS. TOOK MY DOG SAM IN WITH A HURT LEG. AFTER SIGNING IN SAT THERE FOR 20 MINUTES - NO ONE ELSE IN WAITING ROOM AND NO VET CAME OUT TO SEE MY DOG. THEN THE WAITING ROOM FILLED UP WITH 4 PEOPLE. VET CAME OUT AND TOOK A WOMAN WITH HER DOG AND PUPPIES FIRST. I INFORMED HIM I WAS THERE FIRST WITH A HURT DOG AND HOW LONG WOULD IT BE? HE SAID HE HAD TO TAKE HIS CUSTOMERS WITH APPOINTMENTS FIRST. A VET THAT WILL NOT TAKE AN EMERGENCY SITUATION FIRST IS NO GOOD IN MY BOOK. I LEFT. THIS VET WILL NEVER TREAT MY DOG OR ANY OTHER ANIMALS I MAY HAVE EVEN THOUGH HE IS RIGHT DOWN THE STREET FROM WHERE I LIVE.

I have seen this animal hospital for years, so when I was given my new kitty, Archie, I decided to bring him for an exam, shots, and nail clipping. Best decision ever! You can see they genuinely care. I thought the price was reasonable. The veterinarian was patient, informative, and friendly. The office staff provided great customer service. I didnt have a crate to put Archie in, so they kindly offered to hold him, while I completed paperwork. I think he enjoyed the attention.

My family and I have been going to this vet office for over 10 years. They have helped with rescue dogs and our personal dogs-- from puppies to geriatric dogs. The office isnt much to look at, but they are so very knowledgeable, kind, and excellent at treating animals. Their rates are more than reasonable and they have been very understanding about our anxious dogs that have been rescued from bad situations. Thanks, Dr. Rutter, Ryan, and Kirby!

I have a pet rat that I love dearly and I had been taking him to For Pets Sake. They are great but also a little far from me. I woke up one day and my little rat had a swollen face and runny eye. I called every hospital and Lake Harbin told me Dr. Rutter sees small animals. We were in the office the next morning and Dr. Rutter was very informative and gentle. My little rat is ALL better!

We took our guinea pigs here for a skin infection. I called a lot of other animal hospitals/vets in Henry county first, but none cared for "exotic pets". I was so happy I found this facility. The staff was friendly and the I felt comfortable with the vet. He was very personable and took his time with us. We will soon be getting a puppy and we will definitely be coming back.

Dr. Rutter is great with ALL pets. I took my snake in to get treated for a respiratory infection and Dr. Rutter was friendly, informative and super helpful in teaching me how to administer the medication. All around great experience. I wont be going anywhere else in the future for any of my pets (of which I have many).

Provided great service, the lady vetenarian really love what she does cause she takes her time to restore my dog back to health. The one thing I didnt like was the male vet, he wasnt really caring towards my pet, and gave some sort of attitude. But every experience I had with the female vet was helpful.
