I know people love this place but I felt they were not very knowledgeable about my insurance and were not transparent about their services. Also I had work done on my teeth and they still hurt over 18 months later. I cant even eat on one side of my mouth. What I like: - signing in on a computer instead of waiting in line for the receptionist - Office was clean and up-to date What I didnt like: - They asked me if I wanted a procedure done while I was getting my teeth cleaned, I thought "sure, of course, lets get these things clean." Little did I know that service was not covered and I had to pay out of pocket for it. My technicians husband works for the same company that I do so I would think she would know a little bit about my benefits. - I had a lot of filling done at one time and when I left my teeth would not close on one side of my mouth. I went in a few weeks later and they "fixed" them. They closed fully after that but I cant chew anything hard on that side without horrible pain. When I asked the doc about it he said that it happens sometimes and it can last months to years. Seriously!!!!! Overall... I wont go back.

I had a bad experience in the past with a previous Dentist that made me really nervous about going to the dentist. Dr. Roberts actually did some work on my teeth through another firm that he worked for before he opened his own office. I was so thankful to find his firm after he opened his own practice. He has done a lot of dental work on my husbands teeth and he has really been amazed at the minimal discomfort. With all the work that he has done on my teeth, Ive been amazed at the good work. But also how hard they try to make sure the experience is as comfortable as posdible. He actually had to do a root canal on one of my teeth a few days ago. I was absolutely amazed at how painless the procedure was, and also how painless it has been afterwards in the healing process. You only have to have one bad experience with a dentist to appreciate a really good one. Thank you Dr. Roberts and staff for taking the sting out of dental work.

The people at this office have become more like friends than just a dentist and hygienists. They take the time to talk to me, and I never feel like I am being rushed out for the next dollar. I have had nothing but positive encounters with the front desk staff, and they are always respectful and kind. The staff takes an interest in my family and in the community. And to top it off, when I see them about town they know me! Some places try to make you feel like youre not just a number, but I am pretty sure that I am actually NOT just a number to them. Quality of work has been excellent, and the pricing is about the same as my last dentist. And to be honest, I can barely even imagine a scenario where the events reported in other reviews might happen. No one is perfect, and I am 100% sure that in the event of a problem Dr. Roberts would do everything humanly possible to try to please his patients and solve the problem.

My experience at this establishment has been nothing but super-fantastic (family has been going since 2009 even though my insurance has them as out-of-network). The staff and Dr. Roberts are Christian based and do everything possible to work with the patient. If you have questions about any of the procedures, Dr. Roberts gives you the low-down - very knowledgeable and honest about what to expect. The front office staff are warm and friendly. From an insurance perspective, again, the knowledge base is present and they will work with you and the insurance company to get issues resolved. From a hygienist perspective, nothing but kudo’s to Dr. Roberts for hiring knowledgeable staff that make your visit as pleasant as it can be. I have seen several and they are all friendly and represent Brilliant Smiles with nothing but respect. Thanks!!!!! Robert G (Greg) Morgan

I had the worse experience of my life with this dentist. Non-caring - meat factory - constant pain and I will be suing for malpractice. 3 months after putting in a crown - it has fallen out - he prescribed me pain killers that didnt work and made me bring them back to his office - humiliated me front of his entire staff - took the pain killers from me and prescribed with something else with not reembursiing the original prescription - I guess he thought I was a drug addict - WOW !!!! - on one visit he made me wait up to an hour in the examination room - so he can give me a shot of Novocain - can you imagine that - to this very day my teeth are not right

Five stars - These people genuinely have the best interest of their patients in mind and they do great work. From the ladies at the front counter to each of the dental hygienists to Dr. Roberts himself you will be treated with respect and cared for as a person. Its almost surreal - I think we get used to mediocre service so it just seems normal, and then when you visit a place like this you realize that weve settled for so much less than we deserve. These guys treat people like they would want to be treated. Visit once and youll see what I mean.

Dr. Roberts and staff are always professional, polite and personable! I used to be afraid of going to see the Dentist- no more! Carrie Ann is very patient and sweet- The front desk ladies are always willing to help with insurance questions- and best of all- Dr. Roberts is very gentle and explains things thoroughly so you arent laying there wondering what is happening inside your mouth. I would recommend this office to both adults and children- my 12 year old daughter looks forward to going to the Dentist now!

My husband has always been scared to go to the dentist, even with a sore tooth that lasted 18 months! Finally we heard about Dr. Roberts and his staff from a neighbor and he gathered the courage to go. He is so happy that he did! Hes had a cleaning and two procedures and his dental problems are gone. This Dental office is awesome. I have always been uncomfortable at the dentist but the staff at Brilliant smiles is so friendly and comforting. I had to get a crown and was not excited at all. After my experience with the same day crown technology they have and Dr. Roberts expertise in designing the perfect fit for me,I could not be happier. It looks and feels amazing.
