I hate that I have to change my review from five stars to one star Because my first experience, 6 months ago, was great. However since that time I have had several instances where I was overcharged and my account under credited based on my insurance payments for service and have had rude experiences when trying to reschedule my appointments. There are two ladies who works there that are absolutely amazing and are probably the only reason that they get repeat business. Ultimately I will be finding a new dentist because I feel as if I am looked at as a paycheck not a person by the doctor. Plus, several of the office staff act like theyd rather work at McDonalds.

Went in for a cleaning. An hour and a half later, Im leaving with a quote for more work, without getting a cleaning. They refused to give me a cleaning, insisting on a deep cleaning to be done a month later. Imagine you take your car in for a car wash, they refuse to wash your car and give you a quote for rust repair. What a waste of my time.

Very friendly and informative staff. If you have any questions, they dont mind taking the time out to stop what they are doing and explain. The location is fairly easy to get to, and the office is very clean and spacious.

Dr. Gillikin is outstanding as is Ms. Lou, his assistant! Laura is great hygienist. I have always had a great experience here and very caring service. Would highly recommend.
