Horrible staff, rude. Highly recommend anywhere else but here!!!! They are more concerned over money vs helping their patients be seen. I have also heard of other horror stories about this same place and same staff as I dealt with. Im glad I couldnt get an appointment here. The doctors and hygienists are great from everyone else who has come here, but everyone says the office manager is horrible and will ruin the entire visit. This person needs to be replaced asap before Im willing to give this place my business. Hopefully the owners will come to light and realize select members of the staff are really inhibiting the offices potential to truly profit

This was the 1st time at this office and it was an emergency. They understood the problem with my 97 year old mom, saw her quickly & assessed her problem and got her feeling better. They were extremely kind to her and made sure she understood the next step. Shes needing some dental surgery and this office helped us with finding the doctor for that as well. Mom thought they were great.

The staff have been friendly, compassionate and put the clients care and comfort first. Dr. Padgett, Lisa, Mandy, Erin, Marcia and the entire staff are wonderful!

We have been going to this practice since 1991. Dr. Brooks has been our family dentist for 20 years and we have always enjoyed everyone that works in the office, and all of the dental hygienists are excellent. They are a very professional, warm and caring group. Highly recommended !

Awful!! Rude staff. Was a patient years ago and had issues with them billing improperly but decided to give the practice a second chance but I will never step foot in this place again after the unkind treatment I received today. Should have learned my lesson the first time.
