I have had several bad experience at this dentist over the past year. If it was not the lack of customer service it was due to the carlessness of the dentist. For starters, the receptionsit and dental assistance have bad attitudes and are very rude. No one greets you when you walk in the door or are polite when services are rendered, making appoinments or paying for services. The latest incident was on my last visit for a filling and I knew I should have left after the dentist harshly stuck me with a needle. It gets worse......After the application of my routine filling the doctor walked out and did not say a word. I came to find out that he did not because he had cut my tongue and blood was everywhere. So, the assistant informs me that " the doctor wanted me to show you something" and it was a bloody mouth! Needless to say the doctor never apologized after walking off, but when later confronted he wrote it off as " something that happens often". Too add insult to injury, there was another patient complaining over the rude staff while I was there. Needless to say, I was so furious and will never return. Hopefully, you have a better experience than I did.

Attention anyone with Atena DMO!!!! Do not use provider Walter Young. We choose him b/c he is one of the few no chain providers listed as in-network. He over billed us by 380 bucks!!!! We made many attempts to make it right with the office directly. The office manager "Peaches", thats how she answers the phone.... Is very rude! I then sought the help of our plan provider Atena, who confirmed after months of back and forth that..... They did over bill us!!!! B/c the office was noncomplaint even after Atena contacted them they escalated the complaint for a "executive" exception and were going to mail us a check and go after the practice for the money. Instead they wanted to "give the office another chance" Excuse me?!?! They have had 6 months!!!! The "check" was mailed Wednesday.... I still dont have it and probably never will!

My mother had only one remaining tooth and it required surgery to be remove. The first visit determined surgery was needed. The staff was couteous and professional even when challenged by an unruly child and parents with an entitlement attitude. Antibiotics was prescribed to minimize infection to start taking prior to the procedure. This showed me that my mothers diabetes was considered in the treatment method. Thev procedure was scheduled two days later. The surgery went without a hitch the healing process was expedient . Dr. Young bedside manner reminds you of an Ole country doctor, warmly greeting those in the waiting room. Both Mia and Peaches front office staff had warm smiles and professional demeanor. I would highly recommend this dental office. The only negative was the available parking

I have been going to Dr. Young for many years and really appreciate the good work he has done. I hate the dentist and had not been to one for over 10 years before my first visit. Another patient had referred me. From the first moment I entered the door I was treated with kindness. I was extremely afraid and Dr. Young was very patient with me. Trust me, I was ready to jump out the chair! The receptionist, hygienist and Dr. Young have all been friendly and kind to me. I now visit 3 times a year to get a cleaning and have no issues with my teeth. Thank you!

I would like to send a letter of gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional dental service and care I received by Dr. Walter Young and staff. It is very hard to find a medical provider that is patient and gracious enough to explain every procedure in detail. Dr Young is very positive and most importantly empathetic to my concerns as his patient. Thank you for your service.

I love Dr. Young but his front office manager Peaches has the worst attitude ever. I have referred several patients to this practice and we have had great experience with the office staff and Dr. Young but Peaches attitude is HORRIBLE and it makes you not even want to deal with her.

Dr.Young is an exceptional dentist...However, he gets only 3 stars because his office are Boughetto means they act and look like he picked them up off of the street...Especially Peaches that is her professional name lol
