Worst experience here, ive been going to this denist sense i was a kid. Well i had an apt at 4pm today and i was running late because of traffic and rain I called ahead and said i would be 10 mins late. They said okay. So i drove all the way in the rain got there parked and walked in at 4:13 got back there and they told me they werent going to clean my teeth sense i was late I had never been late before. My point is when i called and said id be late why not tell me then noo. Make me waist time and gas. Horrible will not go back to them ever again.

I went when it was 2 days left to my insurance they rushed me in so that they can get the money seemingly I had for fillings done that one day and by the third day to about feelings are coming out I felt the job was rushed but I didnt even call them back to get it fixed now my teeth are in worse shape than it was before I went. The staff however was very kind but I think they should have just let me know that we need to do this in a two-step process but when youre hungry for money do you risk losing a customer.

I have been going to Dr. Robinson at Kennestone Dental Group for 7 years and I have a great experience every time. The office is spotless, the staff is warm and inviting and always professional. Two years ago, I started bringing my children to Dr. Robinson instead of a pediatric dentist. The staff at Kennestone treated then like royalty and made them feel safe and well cared for. I recommend this dentist office to everyone I know.

Staff is courteous and kind. Have never had to wait to see the hygienist or Dr. Robinson. Facilities are state of the art, immaculate. Unlike some dentists Ive seen, have never recommended a procedure that isnt required; options carefully explained, no pressure. Highly recommend.
