While the majority of the staff were friendly and efficient my experience was not at all satisfactory. Although I am sure they were thorough, I felt as though the hygienist and dentist were more interested in hurrying through their tasks than listening to me. I have sensitive teeth, and prior to scheduling my appointment, had verified that my cleaning would not have to be done with the sonic water tool and could be done the old way, by scrapping. I was made to feel as though that was going to be an imposition. I drink coffee frequently and have some significant staining that builds up between six month visits regardless of how much I brush, floss, and chew gum. Despite my having declined the recommended sensitivity toothpaste I was surprised when the office manager told me that I would be billed for the $29 paste and an additional $39 for a fluoride treatment. I use fluoride paste and drink water that has fluoride added. I was told years ago that adults who care for their teeth and have normal fluoride usage dont need additional treatments. Finally I was shocked when I was led from the dental chair to the office managers office without having my teeth cleaned. I was never informed that the initial appointment was a to take x-rays and a general consultation. I felt the entire process was cold and impersonal. While I went ahead and scheduled the cleaning I left knowing that I would cancel the appointment along with my husbands appointment and return to my former dentist even though they do not participate with our new insurance. Some things are worth paying out of pocket for. I cant speak for the entire group of practices, but I would not recommend this location of Aspen Dental.

I work until 5; so I scheduled an appointment for 5:30 online. They called me the day before the appointment and said they would have to reschedule. The only after 5 appointment they could give me was feb 22nd (this was 2 weeks away.) I took this appointment. On friday february 19th (3 days prior), they called and said they would have to reschedule, because they double booked. They told me that my appointment was at 4:30, and I had to tell the person that my appointment was for 5:30. Well, I decided to take the 4:30 appointment (they must have rescheduled the other person, I really hate leaving work early.) I got there, had the paperwork filled out, and handed them my insurance card. They asked what I was here for, and I told them a cleaning. They took me through X-Rays, and a dentist came in for a couple minutes and told me about the work that would have to be done. I waited in the room for about 10 minutes, (still no cleaning), and a lady came in and took me to her office and started the sales pitch. They never cleaned my teeth, which is the number 1 reason I came in. This was nothing more than a sales pitch, and this is why I gave them 1 star. They do not care about you, they only care about the money. Unfortunately, I can not give this business 0 stars, because honestly, they have done nothing to deserve 1 star. I will not return to this office. I will seek out dental treatment elsewhere.

Honestly, the whole experience was amazing. Super fast. The entire staff was very welcoming. The office itself had a very upbeat and judgement free feeling. The hygienist, Kathy, was very kind while cleaning my teeth, and they have never felt as clean as they do now. I was really nervous because it had been a while since my last cleaning but she made me feel very comfortable through the whole experience. I did find out that I needed a filling and they were able to do it the SAME day and at a very low cost, so that was nice since I wasnt expecting to need a filling. When I was waiting for my filling the assistant, Sydney, was so energetic and pumped me up for the experience. Cant believe I can say I had fun at the dentist. The doctor was very gentle through the procedure not even an ounce of pain. I would certainly advise ANYONE to go here. If youre looking for an office that makes you feel like youre at home with family these girls have you covered. From Ulu and Cassie up front to the das Sydney and Amber in the back and the doctor too, it was ultimately the best Dental experience ever.

I selected this location due to there being Saturday appointments. I spoke with several different people at Aspen, by phone, before booking. I told them what I wanted and was assured this was the way to go. 1. I booked this appointment for my 80 year father about 3 weeks in advance for a 1PM Saturday appt. 2. Three days before the appt, the time was changed to 10:30 a.m. (I had to drive 2 1/2 hours to get there). 3. When we got there, discovered that the x-ray machine was down. While no one can predict something like that, we should have been notified to save us the time and effort to get there. 4. While everyone was nice enough, I felt it was a waste of time. 5. The $699 dentures are only good for 6 months - basically "throw away" variety. Three other options, with the most expense around $3K with 5 year warranty. The other review complained about the doctor. She was pleasant and came across as knowledgeable of her trade. I am grateful that this visit was free and will give me a chance to compare other dental offices.

First time patient to Aspen, just prior to having my x-rays done I was asked by the technician the nature of my visit and I preceded to express my desires, she informed me that the procedure I was requesting was very expensive. I am not sure that just by looking at me she could tell I could not possibly afford it or what. After the x-rays were made available, the hygienist looked at them. I felt negative vibes from her (she informed me my results were not good) and then after talking to the dentist she explained that my results were not very favorable for me. Needless to say I felt very very deflated when I left, inwhich my condition was no fault of theirs. However, the cashier, that showed me the dentures and applied for financial assistance (with my permission) for me was very nice and observant offered me a hug. I thought that was very personable of her. I really appreciated her emotional support.

Dr. Baddam and staff at Aspen Dental in Canton, GA are GREAT!! From the receptionist greeting you to the office manager, Cameron, meeting with you to discuss payment options. The techs are super nice all taking time to assure and reassure if necessary that you are going to be fine during your procedure. Dr. Baddam was very efficient in explaining what she was doing while she was doing it and never left me wondering what was happening. She is quick and my extraction was over before I even realized it had begun. The tech constantly patted me on the shoulder and provided comfort when she could tell my anxiety was kicking in. I will definitely be recommending Aspen Dental to anyone who may need work!! Thanks for making me feel comfortable!

The office staff was wonderful. The actual dentist ..... Not so much! She was fast, didnt really want to listen, and talk to me on options for my teeth. Yes I have bad teeth so I need warm and fuzzy comfort but she was horrible! I was called to come in early if I could so I arrived 15 minutes early and then waited a few. Then when she came into the room she was short and non-comforting. Then after she left not but 3 minutes later I heard her talking loud enough I could hear, her tell everyone bye. She had to go. So clearly she is focused more on her leaving and going wherever she needed to be than me. I was very very very disappointed! I will never go back to canton office and I would deter my friends from going there either.
