The Aspen Dental Troy, Ohio doctors and staff were a life saver for me. They took me in as a walk-in due to an emergency on the same day I called. They were very caring and up front about the serious procedures that I needed to have completed. They arranged my procedures quickly within 3 days and worked with me on the costs since I had no dental insurance. This was the first time in my life that I felt like a dentist really cared about my past experiences with my teeth and showed some compassion in getting me to feeling better and making my smile better. I knew that I needed extensive dental procedures completed and they were very understanding and helped me get everything accomplished. Of course, it was not cheap but nothing is anymore; however, I did feel that the price they quoted me was very reasonable considering the amount of work that I required to be healthy again. Thank you Dr. Modi and staff!

Well Still currently visiting this Troy Ohio Aspen Dental, So this ah update on Previous Posting. Now a previous review We shared names of office staff THE NAME Hubby & I want to correct & Share is the Dental Doctor Assistant by THE NAME OF " JULIA " Now this little woman been @ This Troy Ohio location 4 years. She is ALWAYS VERY PLEASANT, FUNNY make You smile when U dont wanna smile. Hubby & I want JULIA 2 receive HIGH Outstanding RECONITION for her friendlyness. .................................................................................................................. UPDATE ON TROY, OHIO ASPEN DENTAL another visit today to this locationI Just wanna say THANK YOU KINDLY to Dr Beverly ,DDS and that REALLY SWEET Julia for their services! ALWAYS such concern & professionalism.. and ah little joking here & there.

Good place to go -especially if its been awhile. They let you choose what treatment you want to do and work with you on payment. But just as a warning - make sure you know exactly what you are paying for. They told my husband how much it would be for a couple fillings and a tooth pulled. He paid it and then they brought out a bag and told him to make sure he held on to his receipt so he could send it in for a rebate. It turns out they sold him a $130 toothbrush $40 toothpaste and $30 fluoride treatment. When he called back to see if it could be returned since he didnt even know he was purchasing it, they told him he would have to try sending it to the manufacturer for a refund. So dental wise they are great, but in customer service, not so much.

Staff is very friendly & pleasant atmospher However the Finance Manger you just sit In her chair And she all ready 2 receive permission to run yo social security number. The main reason of my & my husbands visit Was to get dentures. The finance manager NEVER ONCE ask us or showed us the Different dentures & pricing or discussed How each would fit us. No just quoted us Some top of the line pricing for dentures!! This is great error not to ask the patient or Show the patient whats available & the different price range. After all patient will Be making those pmts 4 awhile! Also Finance Manger could be a bit more pleasant & @ Least put on a FAKE !! Other than this The Entire other staff @ this Troy Ohio location Is SUPURB

Wow I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Head for your dentist. I have to admit I have a bit of a dentist phobia and put off having anything done in my mouth as long as possible. I needed to get an upper canine tooth pulled and waited about 6 years before being forced to have it pulled after it broke off at the gum line. Dr. Head was my dentist and she was so gentle yet quick and efficient at what she did!. NO PAIN with the shots or pulling and NO PAIN afterwards. I was stunned. If I had known it could be THIS GOOD I would NEVER have hesitated. I hope I can keep her as my dentist forever as if I know she is there I am no longer anxious!

I have a true phobia of dentist. Wow. This group was very professional and caring. The receptionist was very nice and answered all the questions I had. the dental assistant was very gentle and explained everything so was going to do before she did it. AND made sure I was completely comfortable. The dental hygienist was also light handed and explained what she was going to do. The dentist.... wow. Dr. Head took all of my concerns and worries and seemed to care more about me than my tooth. very personalized. I have never been looking forward to my next dentist appointment as I am now. Great job. Great staff. WOW!!!

I never leave reviews but the experiences weve had here are worth leaving one. The wait times and experiences my husband and I had the few times we went were that aspen dental was all about the money and not about the patients. Thankfully we were able to get into Brighter days dental the same day after a bad experience at Aspen and we were not the first patients that have transferred to them. I do not recommend this dental practice to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental. I have been a patient of theirs for almost three years now and they always make my office visit a nice one concerning the circumstances. They are always nice and happy to see me. They know that I get anxiety anytime that I have dental work done and they always do anything they can to help me relax. I recommend them to everyone that needs any kind of dental work done!!!

They give a long drawn out explanation of what they can do but schedule the examination and cleaning (that insurance pays), then change everything about what they initially say they can do. Once they see that you cant afford the thousands of dollars that they now require, out the door you go. Like the other comment says, Bottom Line is all they care about.

I have never looked forward to going to the dentist. The office I previously went to had a big role in that. But I can say that everyone at Aspen Dental made me feel really comfortable and they didnt judge me once. They are very compassionate and professional. I have recommended several of my family members to switch to Aspen Dental.

Horrible experience. Added everything possible to get every dollar out of not only my insurance but my pocket. If you ignore this review and choose to go there anyways make sure you double check your bill for things like prescription toothbrush ($120) and mouthwash ($60)....in a word; predatory.

I had a complete mouth restoration. I have never felt more comfortable in a dental chair in my life. They explained everything to me and made me a part of every decision. Never once did I feel taken advantage of. The financing they offer is fair and I would recommend Dr. Head and Amy to anyone.

I love it there,,,friendly, calm environment, thorough procedures, explanation of all procedures, done in a timely manner. I am very happy with my three visits , with more to come to complete my set of new dentures. I have nothing but confidence at this office and would highly recommend it.
