My wife has been a patient of Dr. Hursts for years and highly recommended them. Along with good treatment, customer service goes a long way. The office provided just that. Alli was extremely friendly and helpful. Kristin also did a fantastic job of explaining the procedures and having great customer service skills. Dr. Hurst is really concerned with the patients well being. He takes a very strong interest in finding the best way to treat the individual. Everything was explained step by step. Being detail oriented myself, that went a long way with me. Other offices in the past didnt do that. Rest assured, Preferred Family Dental will treat you right. Dr. Hurst went above and beyond to work on my personal issues. I highly recommend this office!

My 10-year-old daughter had to have 3 baby teeth removed to allow space for her permanent teeth to come in. This was her first dental procedure that she had to endure and was really nervous about it (and I was a bit anxious myself). Nikki and Dr. Hurst were amazing at working with her. They explained what they were doing and what she should expect in a way that eased any anxiety that she might have had. And they spoke to her in a way that built her up and gave her confidence to face future dental work. In addition, Dr. Hurst called that evening to check on how she was doing. Thank you for making it a positive experience!

I cant begin to put into words how pleasant everyone is. I do not like going to the dentist! But Dr. Hurst and his WONDERFUL staff make me feel so comfortable. Dr. Hurst and his staff are so personable and they always explain what they are doing and ask if youre ok. I came in for a cleaning today and the young lady was AWESOME (and we have the same first name). The young lady explained everything step by step and provided valuable helpful tips going forward on how I can take care of my teeth. Thank you!!!

Preferred family dental has been a blessing. I enjoyed my experience every time I had an appointment. Very positive people at the front desk... made me feel comfortable. My hygienist was friendly, and helped me understand what was happening as she cleaned my teeth. Dr Hurst gave me a full exam and in consulting my past x-ray work, suggested that I have a procedure to get rid of decay under a crown. After he briefed me on the whys and wherefors, I agreed and made another appointment.

I continue to go to Preferred Farmily Dental because all their dental hygienist do an excellent job of cleaning my teeth. When I have cavities, I never feel a thing because Dr. Hurst has a soft touch and knows how to numb your mouth with out it hurting at all.
