EPIC FAIL, As a former patient, I went to have to have a Root Canal / Crown by Dr. Nalini Kataria also known as Dr. K and had a file broken and left in my tooth. The Consultation : The choice for the tooth was extraction, root canal or implant. I chose to have the root canal done but could sense that the doctor wanted to have the costly implant done by the up-sell job done on me. In the Chair: During the procedure I felt the panic in the room as Dentist call out to her assistant for files that they didnt have in the draw she was looking in. After leaving the room and then returning, Dr. K informs me that she broke a file in my tooth, however she did remove the root. She said she could not remove the file from the tooth, but referred me to a orthodontist that was equipped and able to remove it. After consulting with the dentist, I told him that I didnt think it was fair for me to have to pay him for this botched root canal and what was his success rate for removing files. He said he couldnt offer that, and couldnt remove the file from my tooth. He said that the foreign object would have to be left in my tooth and cemented in there. I said that Dr. K said you could remove it and he replied that he couldnt. So I have been left is a difficult position by this dentist and have to have someone correct her mistake at my expense. First Choice Dental and Dr K is responsible for any expense related to me have the BOTCHED Root Canal done... Im not sure how to proceed to have this Practice and Dr. Nalini Kataria Woman up and take care of a former patient. PS. The reason I am posting this is because, a co-worker dentist called her and she said the name of her dentist DR. K and she described her and the up selling being done on her treatment. As me and my co-worker spoke, she mentioned the trouble I had with my procedure at their office.. Of course with Hippa and confidentiality no one is aware of there mistake.

I am not a fan of any dentist office at all but this dentist office and Doctor has won my loyalty over. I have had to have a lot of work done on my teeth and I always feared the pricing of everything that I knew I needed done and always feared the discomfort and pain that I would have to bear to have everything done. Dr. Fransoso did an excellent job on my dental work. She is amazing! I am never one to write reviews, I am usually the one that reads the reviews but this dental office deserves it! This is THE BEST dental office I have been to. I was so tense the entire time I was sitting in the chair having the work done and after the work was complete I realized that I did not feel ANY pain at all... I did not feel ANY discomfort. Dr. Fransoso would warn me and say "youre going to feel a little pressure" but I never felt anything. Their abilities to have your mouth COMPLETELY numbed so that you do not feel anything is very true and effective! I was extremely satisfied with the work that was complete. MY teeth look awesome! Almost brand new! I would also like to add that I have never had a female doctor/dentist work on my teeth and I am VERY impressed in the work that this doctor has thoroughly completed! Good job Dr. Fransoso! You surely deserve this honest review! I hope you know I also wrote this while I was at work- on the clock- because of the extreme overwhelming feeling to express how awesome, inexpensive and true the doctor and the work is. The secretaries are all very attentive and welcoming and make you feel at home as well which was a very important encounter for me coming to the dentist office. It has surely kept me coming back for more work! I honestly think that I will keep Dr. Fransoso as my life long dentist and the dentist for my children!

The first time I came here I saw Dr. Kay and had a routine cleaning. They addressed my gingivitis and had some technology Ive never seen at another dentist. They were very helpful to me in regards to my schedule and let me reschedule. I came in today to Dr. Kay to have 2 filings done to replace some old fillings that were very old. Though the whole procedure took all of 15 minutes from start to finish, and I know that Dr. Kays schedule was booked solid, I could tell she was not rushed or inconvenienced. She was gentle and meticulous and made sure I was okay. The hygienist was a woman named Dusty and she was very nice. She seemed to really know what she was doing and was helpful to Dr. Kay.One of the best things about this office is that they have a TV on the ceiling for you to watch while youre getting work done in the chair, which helps take your mind off of the procedure being done. They changed the channel to whatever I wanted and turned it up for me! Haha, watching CNN and getting fillings at the same time was pretty cool. The staff overall is very pleasant and they all seem to have good relationships with each other. Dr. Kay even said to me when she walked in, "Im really glad we were able to schedule you in today," in a genuine way. My appointment was at 10:20, I got there about 10:10, they saw me almost immediately, and I had 2 fillings done and left by 10:50. I was impressed with the office staff and the dentists overall attitude. They all did a great job and I highly recommend this place.

I arrived unhappy with my teeth. Ive been to 3 other Dentist, one a National Chain. All were sub par and expensive. After speaking with Dr Orza, he gave me options that no other dentist ever offered and I didnt know were possible. Example, I had some erosion on the side of some molar from excessive brushing. He advised he could fill them in! He also trimmed a few of my front teeth to make my look straighter and more appealing. Here is the most amazing part, he did a crown in house. I am in a technical field and I was amazed at how fast they could make a crown, how accurate and how natural it looked in 2 hours! Compared to the only other Crown I had done 4 years ago, you couldnt tell it wasnt real and my old one look horrible, so bad Im having Dr. Orza redo it! While the machine was making the crown, they attended to the fillings wasting no time. In my 51 yrs, Ive NEVER experienced so little discomfort (NO PAIN) in having anything done with a dental visit let alone a crown. Then he advised a whitening procedure. I dont smoke or drink coffee, was told it was natural and I couldnt do anything but his procedure is working. Last, his prices are far less than others Ive visited. I cant express enough the professionalism, speed and quality of the work Dr. Orza and his colleagues do on a daily bases! Do yourself a favor and see them! Peter

I hadnt seen a dentist in quite awhile so I was a little nervous before visiting First Choice. As soon as I walked in I was kindly greeted by their stellar staff and brought back for my cleaning right away. They located the problems I had swiftly and without much pain at all (which was unavoidable to some extent with how bad my status was) . They immediately scheduled me to have a side of cavities take care of later that afternoon allowing me time to grab lunch. Once I returned Dr. K and her assistant went hard to work on my teeth after numbing me and hooking up the nitrous and I just laid back and relaxed watching the overhead TV. Both Dr.K and her assistant were very kind and skilled at what they did. From this fantastic first visit I was super relaxed walking in for my second appointment. Everyone referred to me by name at my second appointment with kind greetings and smiling faces and it truly was an in and out experience. Dr.K and the rest of the staff is to thank for the healing of my teeth and I would recommend First Choice Dental to anybody wishing to be treated with kindness and care for their dental needs and concerns. Also I would like to mention that the pricing was much more affordable than past offices my family has used that tried to swindle us out of ridiculous amounts of money. Thank you First Choice!!!!
