After learning I was in some pain, they fitted me in as early as they could. When I walked into their office, its been one positive experience after another. The girls at the front desk are very warm and friendly. They made me very comfortable and made the paper work easy to fill. After filling in the paper work, I was shown around by the nurse. I have never been to a doctors office and shown around before. Made me even less nervous about being at a dentist. The doctor, Doctor Chase, was very informative and made sure I understood what was wrong and what was my options in regards on what to do with my tooth that was giving me problems. When they were taking an x-ray, I asked them the cost due to my concerns not being able to cover the cost. To my amazement, to help me find the problem and rid the pain, they knocked a good amount off the final bill. This helped me afford the x-ray and give the Doctor what he needs to better diagnose what he can do to help. Their concerns where not making profit, but helping me. We came to the conclusion that the wisdom tooth needed to be removed, but I wanted to remove it in the England due to the lower cost. After they learned that I was moving back home to England and wanted to see if I could have my tooth removed there instead of here they helped me even more by prescribing me medicine that would help with the pain until my arrival back home where I could have my tooth removed. They even gave me a gift for my trip. Even though it was my first and last time to their office. To make things even more easier for me, they emailed me a copy of my x-ray to save me time and money in England when I see my dentist there. I have family here in the U.S and after hearing about my experience with Pennino Family Dentistry they will be contacting them next time they are in need of a dentist work due to how warm and caring these guys were with me. Highly recommended and very caring. I wish I could take Pennino Family Dentistry to England with me in case I need them for the future. Thank you guys so much!!!

After a few years of bad experiences with my previous dentist, I decided to seek out a new dentist to finish off the crown portion of a recent root canal. The root canal specialist referred me to Dr. Pennino and I could not be more pleased with my decision to switch. From the minute I scheduled the appointment and explained my dentist anxiety, everyone on the staff was so nice and made me welcome and relaxed in every way. The normal paperwork was sent to me in advance so I could complete at my leisure. The technology they use is great in that it puts the appointment right in my calendar with the office address. Upon arrival, I was pleased with their beautifully decorated lobby (fish tank!) and a personal tour of their office. The doctor was very informative and understanding of my anxiety. He and his assistant carefully explained everything they were going to do before during and after. The novocain shot is usually not a big deal for me, but I barely even noticed this one so it was even better than anticipated. They used a bite block so my jaw wasnt so achy from holding it open for so long and let me take regular breaks to swallow and moisten up my mouth. They use digital technology to take the impression to build my crown --so no more messy gel stuff that is in my mouth for several minutes while I feel like Im choking. Best part --they have an in house lab so they made the crown right there in about 15 minutes so I dont need to go back for a second appointment! I am so pleased to have made this switch!

Glad to see Lindsay and the Pennino family on Friday. Had a boost whitening done. For you folks who have never done this, I prefer this over trays due to time constraints and wearing the trays for two weeks. About 90 minutes process and you are done. "m a Service Director of 9 automotive service departments. Theres an saying in my business: Id rather go to the dentist, than have my car repaired. Since my customers rate us as having the best service in Chicago, Im guessing they dont mind when their car needs service. Its all about relationships. Imagine a perfect fitting crown all done at one sitting and while you wait ( in the reclined leather dental chair ) theres plenty of programming to enjoy on HDTV. I started going to the Pennino Dental practice a couple of years ago. I have to say I feel like I am getting the most up to date care. I had a crown recently and it was done in one visit! Amazing technology! The staff is first rate and my hygienist Lindsay is the best. She is great at her job and her personality is a delight. Go see the Pennino Practice you will be glad you did!

Every single person at this practice is helpful and most accommodating! If youve ever walked out of a business saying to yourself "customer service isnt what it used to be" go to Pennino where your faith in amazing customer service can be restored. Very pricey compared to other local dentists. Requests payment up front, as services are rendered, but does not disclose this until youre checking out at the front desk. Advertised for $99 to new clients. As a first time client, I was charged over $400. Disappointed. Probably wont return here, looking for other alternatives who are more principled.

Lindsay was wonderful and so patient with Emma! This was Emmas first trip. She sat in the chair and went up and down and we counted her teeth. Emma was a little nervous but Lindsay was so patient with her!! We also got some goodies (toothbrush, tooth paste, etc) in a cute dog backpack. It was a great first trip to the dentist!!
