They have to receptionist one who is amazing and knows what she is doing the second is brain dead we had an appointment and the dr was running behind at first we were told 20min and then a few minutes later we were told could be up to an hour to a hour and a half this receptionist knew that the appointment before us was running almost an hr late we should have been called and notified of this prior to bringing a 2 month old baby out in subzero weather and when I explained this to her I was met with attitude and eye rolling.this isnt our first problem with said receptionist but definitely our last my advice switch doctors as we are

The best doctor for my kids. very professional, doesnt prescribe antibiotics when unnecessary like other young doctors do "just to be on a safe side". he knows what hes doing ,kids love him, and his staff is the best !! so sweet and so passionate about what they do. I strongly recommend this practice.
