Dr.Rubin (from what Ive experienced) is a wonderful Doctor. However, from what I have been told by this office and by the Civil Rights department he is ILLEGALLY charging a flat rate fee of $10 for shot records which you cannot do because it violates HIPPA. They also refused to even tell my Doctor which shots my son has had and which he has not which is also illegal. I have filed a complaint against this business and have taken steps with the Civil Rights office. If you experience this same issue with attempting to get any record from this office please report them as well I spoke to Ralph at the Civil Rights office. (It is legal to charge a fee of say 10 cents a page to mail but not a flat rate fee.) I have spoken with Julie and Kelly both of which were very rude to myself and to the Civil Rights person.

Dr. Rubin is the best Pediatrician we encountered. His skill is very good and he explains things crystal clear. He is also very fun to talk with. One thing I hope they can do is the interior renovation. Many things are out dated or getting old. Compare to the big names such Dupage Medical Group offices, theu really need to think how they serve their patients in the future. One star removed for this reason.

Dr Ira Rubin is a very rare physician who can be so sweet, professional, accurate with a patient. If his office is old that is not his fault. He is performing g the high quality services that is what he is responsible for
