NOT RECOMMENDED!!! This is a true feedback from a parent. - Very basic service - Runs an office in Hoffman and Elgin, IL and thus hard to get an appointment - Too busy to call back her patients - Not a good listener - Office staff is asked to communicate with the patient as the doctor is too busy - Receptionist acting as the nurse - Shows no urgency when really needed - Does not respect patients/parents concerns - Charges for full patients records - No provision for electronic prescription placement to pharmacies, will have to get a hard copy from the office and drive to the pharmacy - No appointment reminder - No professionalism If just interested in very basic service, go for it but otherwise would not recommend at all. We changed the doctor after having the worst ever experience with the doctor and the staff.

Wouldnt recommend! I am switching asap! My biggest problem is when it comes shots they never wash or sanitize in front of me. And when I ask then to do so I get attitude! The doctors never listen to me as a parent I know my child best! They do not care at all! They only care about money.

She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her patients. She has been our pediatrician to my 3 kids for the past 15 years. Also she is into treating kids with alternative medicine.

Dr. Ghosh is very conscientious and caring. She actually takes time with me to explain whats her treatment plan is, why her treatment plan is that way and whats the alternative.

this office gives 5 to 10 appointments at the same time. that means a waiting time of 2 hours or more. They do not respect your time.... CLEANLESS,
