My kids were part of this practice in 2008 and again when i moved back to Aurora in 2016. Since Ive returned, i have experienced nothing but incompetent front desk staff, from not scanning in all of my kids records that were sent to them, to not cancelling appointments, to nurses not calling me back so that i can have my sons ADHD medication filled.(i was told by, again the front desk that i did NOT have to come in every month) now i was told that unbeknownst to me that my kids(who by the way) are also asthmatic were removed from the practice the 1st of this month, due to no shows!!! They were there 2/24/2017, and an appt was suspose to be cancelled by the girl at the front for 2/27/17, which of course did not happen!!! My number was not changed on 2/24/2017 either, like it should have been!!! And it does not matter that i called before to cancel my kids appointments or rescheduled due to me being in and out of the hospital for 2 months. Again, they did not put that in their records either!!! So with the rudeness from front desk, to Colleen the so called manager, i would say do not take your kids here, it does not matter, they have no sympathy or compassion at all!!! Oh and yes Collen, since you were very rude, i will be writing that so called letter to Catherine with no last name!!!!!!

I have been beer for about 12 years total. What you learn is that you cant rate this place overall its all about individual doctors so here is my list that I will update Dr. Wall (2): hates giving referrals and thinks everything is fine. Can play the guessing game with medicine. If you need a checkup or form for school this doctor will be quick no chit chat, here is the form and good bye. Dr. Martin(1): can diagnose only two things cold or ear infection. Anything else she will name it a cold or eat infection. My sons allergist did a more thorough quick check then she a diagnostic check. From what I saw wont prescribe. Unknown about referrals. I would only recommend check ups or quick shots.

We have been going here since our daughter was born in December of 2015. Weve seen a few of the pediatricians and they are all great. When my baby was only a few months old they found a cataract that was so small the pediatric ophthalmologist that we were referred to was impressed that they even found it. At one of the visits the Dr that we were scheduled to see was unavailable and we saw one of the Nurse Practitioners, Katie. Weve exclusively seen Katie since, because she is awesome! They have helped us on weekends and evenings when we were worried parents. Im so happy we found them.

After reading some of the negative reviews, I wanted to share my experience with this practice.. My children have been going to PHA since birth and Ive been impressed with all of the physicians, nurses and office staff. The nurses have helped me over the phone countless times throughout the years, and the physicians have always taken my concerns as a parent seriously. We never feel like a number, and they are invested in the health of my children. We especially like Dr. Thomas, but they are all wonderful.

We absolutely loved the doctors at Pediatric Health Associates. With a newborn, I had a lot of questions for the doctors and nurses. They were always so helpful and responded quickly. Also if we wanted to see a specific doctor, the scheduling always allowed that. Our family has moved to PA for my husbands job, we will miss Pediatric Health Associates!

Ive been going here since I was a little tike. I recently started checking in for my ADHD symptoms check-up and absolutely love it. The staff are extremely patient and helpful, and I never dread an upcoming appointment :)
