I walked in with intermittent pain in my finger that felt like 8 on a pain scale. Got an x-ray, I was told my finger was not fractured. The "doctor" gave me a finger brace. By the end of the day my finger was throbbing with a constant 9 pain. I had to make an appointment with a specialist and was told I could use my x-Rays from PE. I drove from Dekalb to St Charles to get my x-Rays. I was unpleasantly surprised when the specialist said there were no x-Rays on the disk I was given. I had to pay for new x-Rays to get treatment. The specialist saw the fracture and told me the brace I received from PE was only aggravating the injury. In the end, my bill from PE was over $100 more than the specialist.

I love this urgent care facility. The staff and the Drs. are so professional and helpful. My entire household has been there. Physicians Express has seen us for stitches, sports physicals, Bronchitis, and Tonsillitis illnesses among the many visits, at least 7 or 8 so far. Each time we have been given personal care with efficient service. Physicians Express is such a blessing and we are thankful they are in the neighborhood.

Unfortunately, I had to visit urgent care several times this month. Fortunately, Dr. Patel and his stellar staff are there to diagnose and treat patients with expert care and expertise. Tonight I went there unable to breathe due to an allergic reaction. Within minutes, Dr. Patel had diagnosed the problem and was treating it. Within two hours, I was on my way home and feeling much better. Thank you!

Quick, clean and modern environment. I was in and out with a prescription in minutes. Dr. Patel was professional and informative. The staff was also excellent and very helpful. I am extremely happy with the experience I had this morning and will definitely return.

Great place to go instead of the ER. Go here first. They are substantially cheaper, and they offer X-rays. Go here first, then make your trip to the ER if you still have to.
