Life According To Me: Respect.

I have been a loyal customer to Eastland Companion Animal Hospital for about 6-7 years now. Dr. Tackett has proven to be someone who will put his own name and reputation on the line for the business and animals he loves as his own. He has gone above and beyond when we have had any issues. One time we had some toys turn up missing after a boarding and they had us buy new toys and bring them the receipt and they reimbursed us immediately. There has never been a situation that has not been solved immediately. I trust each and every doctor working there and I know my girls are in good hands when being seen by the vet or boarded. I would (and DO) recommend them to anyone and everyone. And if you go in and something happens that you have a concern about, dont hesitate to talk to Dr. Tackett about it and he will make sure it is fixed immediately. I honestly do not trust my girls to just anyone, but I do trust Dr. Tackett and the other doctors there 100%, as well as their staff. We call it "going to puppy camp" when theyre boarded and they girls love it. :)

Dr. Tackett and his team have served our family pets for nearly a decade. When our dogs were younger, our visits were infrequent but we always valued the professionalism and courtesy of the doctors and staff. Over the past couple of months, we have (unfortunately) found ourselves as regulars, as our dog fights mast cell cancer. Dr. Tackett has become our partner in our dogs treatment. He and his staff always call to follow up on our dogs after procedures and visits. Overall we are very pleased with the service at Eastland Companion Animal Hospital. We have recommended, and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional pet care.

I would recommend Eastland Companion to all who need great care for their pet. I have taken my British Golden Retriever here for three years and we have had excellent care all the times we have been here. My dog has had many medical issues in his three years of life and they have changed my dogs life. We board our dog here also and they have been wonderful with him. He really likes going to the vet! Im so glad that this Animal Hospital was recommend to me. My dog has seen all the vets at this Hospital and I would recommend them all to you.

Our little family rescued a dog a few weeks ago, we were looking for a vet to take her to. We came across Eastland and decided to give them a try. Dr. Tackett was great in addressing our concerns and did a great job reassuring us that we were taking good care of her. She had a little sore on her abdomen and he was quick and concise about getting to the bottom of it. Everyone for the doc to the tech working the counter were all very friendly. Prices were very reasonable. If anyone in the blo-no area is looking for a vet, look no further.

Eastland Companion Animal hospital is a very professional, compassionate place to be. Their care is very thorough and caring. Dr. Riggins has been wonderful in helping our family deal with the declining health of our 14 year old dog. Dr. Riggins always takes the time to listen to concerns and offers different treatment options that always keeps the pets best interest in mind. We dont know what happened to our kitten Tiger that we turned in for adoption program last week and apparently the staff didnt either. They took the kitten to the back without letting us say good bye so we didnt get any closure. My toddler still calls for his Tiger. I just feel like I took my childs cat away from him and now we dont know what happened to him did he get adopted, euthanized? No one knows and my wife is in tears. What happened to Tiger Kitty? We never got to say good bye. Hope he is okay and happy!

I took my pet there and was told surgery could cost up to $1,000. The vet also said that, in her experience, most small exotic pets die soon after she operates on them. Thus, she prescribed my pet an antibiotic and pain reliever for her tumor! Not to mention I was charged an arm and a leg for medicines that dont even address the root of the problem. In the end, she still has a tumor which will eventually lead her to a slow death and my wallet is that much lighter. Not impressed at all really.

Drs. Tackett and Riggins have treated my Border Collie for the last 11 years and their competence, effectiveness and concern for my dog continues to impress me. Her care has been exceptional, including an emergency trip and knee surgery {I did say Border Collie, so think jumping, Frisbee catching active dog}. I have had dogs all my life and have interacted with many Vets and would give these two my highest rating. The staff members have always been attentive, responsive and a pleasure to work with.

I had a great first time experience with this animal hospital. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. We brought our kitten, peanut in at the last minute before they closed and they still insisted on happily helping us. Dr. McCully ensured us our kitten would be in good hands and he did as promised! Took VERY good care of her and even personally called us a few days later to make sure she was doing okay. Very pleased with this animal hospital, highly recommend!!

Our dog had a cut on his nose while we were out of town on vacation. We called the clinic and the staff and doctors helped us diagnose the problem and keep the dog comfortable until we came home. They even followed up a few days later to ask how our dog was doing! They helped us with a priority appointment as soon as we got back. Turned out he had an infection which was easily treated. What a relief.

I have taken my pets to Dr. Tackett for years. In fact, my oldest dog is 15, and he wouldnt be alive today (and living comfortably) without Dr. Tacketts exceptional vet care. I can always trust that my pets are in good hands when I take them to Eastland Companion Animal Hospital. The whole staff is knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone looking for the best pet care around.

If you love your animals take them to Eastland Companion! Staff is great and knowledgeable every time I take my cats in. Already had one of my cats undergo a spay surgery, about to have another one go under the knife for a neuter and I know hell be in great hands!
