Well I really loved the hospital and gave me everything that I needed. I would go back to that hospital if I ever need anything. However, the neurologist that they referred me to was horrible. First off I couldnt even find this dr office because it was in a whole in the wall location. When I Walked in it was very small and smelled like it had not been cleaned in years. When I got into the room my husband and I didnt even want to sit down in the chairs. The floor in the room was so dirty and even had caps from syringes on the floor. The table was very old and dirty. When the dr came into then room he didnt even introduce himself he said to me where did you get that bruise on your arm. I looked at my quarter size bruise and said that my 15 month old bit me . He was already making accusations that my husband was abusive. Then he started going over the paper work that I had to fill out when I first got to the office. He asked me the same questions that were on the paperwork. Why did I have to fill it out if he was going to ask me the same exact questions that was a waste of 15 mins. The he asked where my daughter pediatrican was. I told him that we took her to the same dr I went to as a kids. He then told me that I should bring my daughter to his office because his wife was a pediatrician. Last time I checked I was there for me not my daughter. So as the appointment continued things got worst. I told him everything that was going on with my severe headaches and vomitting and he said to me it is just stress you need to put your child in daycare. He harped on putting my 15 month old in day care for a good 10 mins I finally said I am not going to do that so can we please move on. When it came time for the exam I am about 100% positive her had no idea what he was doing. I am in the medical field so I was paying very close attention to everything that he was doing. When he went to look in my ears he shoved the scope so far in my ear that he was hitting my ear drum I jumped and yelled and said that he didnt need to stick it that far in. My ears hurt so bad after that. He never did a neurological exam on me either. Then this dr broke HIPPA law by taking me into his waiting room to check out he wrote me scripts in front of a drug rep began discussing the MRI that he wanted me to have done all in front of the drug rep. As I was standing there waiting for my order for the MRI there was a bug crawling on the wall. So gross. When he handed me the order form for the MRI he told me that United health care probably wont pay for it. Do I would either have to pay out of pocket or not have it done at all. I ended up scheduling the appointment for the MRI at Bolingbrook hospital. I called Bolingbrook for days to see if a prior authorization needed to be done and they said yes that they were waiting on the dr office to do the PA but they were not calling back. I took it upon my self to call the office and this is were they started to lie to me. First the girl on the phone stayed that the PA was sitting on the dr desk and needed to be signed and that they need progress notes. This was a lie I used to do PAs all the time and you dont need a dr signature or progress notes. I told the girl that. Then she stated umm... I just got it on my desk. Which was a lie she got it Monday morning and it was now Wednesday afternoon. So I told her thank you for not caring about my health and that I would be looking for a new dr and new care. I ended up going for a MRI at molecular imaging in Bolingbrook. It took them 1 phone call to get the prior authorization. I also found a new dr that i will be seeing this week. Please do not ever go and see Dr Mohammed Siddiq.

ONCE AGAIN, THEY PROVE TO BE INEPT AND UNCARING. I try. I give this terrible facility another chance every few years HOPING THEY HAVE IMPROVED, and each time, THEY ONLY PROVE THEIR INCOMPETENCE AND LACK OF CARING. Friday, March 31, 2017 at around 11:00am I went in for an X-Ray. I go to admissions and told to wait in a room. Surprisingly, it was only ten minutes before a woman came in to get me so I could be registered. I dont know her name because she never introduced herself. I give her my insurance card. She cant find ANY of my benefits information on her computer. (Which is surprising, because the doctor from that same hospital had no problem. My Primary Care Physician had no problem finding it. The dermatologist from another medical group had no problem finding it. And yet another doctor found all the information easily. Four doctors over the past six months had no difficulty in gathering my insurance benefits information. This woman could not find the information that 4 other doctors offices found quite easily. But THATS not even what has me upset about this terrible facility. So this woman calls Blue Cross Blue Shield. I could tell she was frustrated by all the phone prompts she had to answer. A string of voice prompt answers for about 2 minutes. Then silence. What does she do next? SHE HANGS UP THE PHONE, looks at me and tells me they want her to speak to a benefits adviser. OF COURSE THEY DO!!! IS THIS HER FIRST DAY ON THE JOB? AND THATS WHEN SHE HANGS UP?!!! She proceeds to tell me that when they cant find out what the benefits are, they take a $50 deposit and then theyll just bill me when its all finalized. WTF?!!! I asked her is she would buy anything without knowing the price and just have someone bill her afterwards... or if she would give a car dealer a $50 deposit for a car, drive it away owning it, and THEN get a bill? She thought it was funny. I didnt That was 45 minutes of once again, PROVING THAT THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST RUN HOSPITALS IVE EVER SEEN! INCOMPETENCE AT EVERY STEP, EACH AND EVERY TIME I TRY THEM TO SEE IF THEYVE FIGURES IT OUT YET, BUT EACH TIME, THEY SEEM TO GET WORSE. Today was no exception.

This place was awful! I had a REAL mgraine headache, it was so severe, worst headache ever, I was sick and throwing up and running a low grade fever. Staff wasnt too bad, but the doctor was a total jerk. I hadnt been to BB hopital since their remodel from small urgent care ER to large hospital. About a week before I had a bad infection of my eye tooth, my face was swollen up like a balloon. I had gotten some antibiotics and strong pain meds for it. My face was so swollen, my cheek had puffed out to 3 times its normal size. Back to the migraine, the doc said he would give me some strong meds to kill the pain, I waited for over a hour he came back in and said he looked at the drug database and a week prior I had gotten em. I didnt have a drug problem, I had only 1 narcotic filled in 6 years and no other visits to any of their 4 area hospitals. Instead of something that would work he gave me reglan which I have an allergy too, clearly lisyed as an allergy. I didnt find out it was reglan till they gave it too ,me. I felt like I was gonna die... It didnt work, at all, the sude effect was awful. I ended up getting the stronger drug anyways... At no time did I get an exam, had he done a simple xray cause I had a history of infection in my tooth he would have found a huge infection and a large abscess just over my eye tooth causing all that pain. I got my 2nd opinion 2 days later... I will NEVER go to BB hospital AGAIN!
